The soup dumplings are to die for! If I could eat them everyday I would. There are many great dishes here, after trying many we have a bunch of favorites now (like the salmon fried rice). This is a great spot to bring friends and family so you can order many things. I eat/order from here regularly since I first tried Dynasty. Heads up though the soup dumplings are best to eat in restaurant as sometimes with delivery the broth dissipates, still delicious though.

My son and I were visiting Vancouver from the US (New Mexico). We took a walk in Stanley Park and upon return we were unable to find our car. Then our phones died. It took several hours of searching in the rain and dark to no avail. I was shivering so much I thought I would need to go to the hospital. My son only had a wet t-shirt on and it was getting colder. We then decided to walk into the city to buy a charger yet couldn't find one. I thought a restaurant might be able to help us and the first one we went into was Dinesty Dumpling House. The kind woman who greeted us located a charger and began to charge my phone. Once sufficiently charged we were able to call a friend who drove us back to the park and with Bluetooth tracking we found our rental vehicle. The night was saved and we were so relieved. Thank you to the kind staff at Dinesty who filled us up with water and hot tea (we were very dehydrated). And oh ya, the food was great too! So thankful for kind people at Dinesty!

This is a very delicious Chinese restaurant. My wife and I had xiao long bao, fried rice, and stir-fried spare ribs. My wife says it was the best Chinese food she's had in Canada.The store was very clean and the service was very friendly. (He will bring you hot tea right away!)If you ever come to Vancouver, this is a store you should definitely visit!

The soup dumpling are the best thing here! Nothing else is really good so if you go here it should be for strictly for soup dumplings only!
The dumplings are good and the food is mediocre. I wouldn’t say this restaurant is bad but when my bf and I went today they didn’t have anything available. Every item we tried to order they couldn’t make it or they were sold out. The flavour is not out of this world and the price is pretty high for the quality you get. The one good thing is the friendly staff. Both the ladies working were very attentive to refilling our waters and tea. And they apologized for not having things we wanted. Not a bad place to go to if you’re craving XLB.

I came in with two family friends because we always order online from Dinesty and love their food!Everything went well until it was to pay our bill and the server was very rude to us, demanding tips from us. Now, I understand that Canadian culture runs on tips but, as a server myself, I would never ask my costumers to tip me. Tips are at the discretion of the customer, not mandatory.On top of that, we ordered a second order of the black truffle dumplings that was never delivered to our table.We proceeded then to talk to the manager who was even more rude to us, saying we already paid for our food so the dish we ordered wasn’t served to us.Left hungry and mad…worst experience ever in terms of service! Even tho the food is delicious, the place lost three costumers!Also, the manager didn’t even say bye to us when we left!
