Seriously? The dirtiest coffee mug I’ve ever seen in Vancouver.

I was ready to give this place 5 stars. I went on Sunday (March 18th) around 2PM and the man working just completely ignored me the entire time. When I asked to try on a jersey he said I couldn’t try on the one I was looking at but could try on a completely different model made of entirely different material. Like what? Then he kept going on about how careful I needed to be. Bro I’m trying it on not taking it for a rip. Finally I decided I actually didn’t want to try it on and support this store and he told me aggressively to “Get out of my store”. The entire time he was on his phone and the cafe workers (who seemed nice) just watched. Such a surreal experience. I was fully ready to spend a lot of money on a nice cycling jersey but I’m not going to support such a rude store. Apparently lots of other people have had similar experiences. This sort of rich, snobby, I’m better than you attitude is what gives cyclists and cycling a bad name. I’ll be very happy never to go to Enroute again. Truly, such a negative experience.

Owner sucks. Doesn’t let bikes into the shop? It’s a bike shop….selling bike gear….weird. Don’t give this guy a dime.

Peanut butter and Jam cookie is dangerously good. Good coffee, good selection of baked goods.

Great service, great staff, and welcoming environment. On the bike side, the Enroute team has helped me out of a jam several times this summer due to mechanical issues and get me back riding as soon as possible. On the cafe side, the staff are great - eager to get to know you by name, with great coffee and pastries. Overall, great place to hang out, engage with the vibrant local cycling community, get your bike serviced by their expert mechanic, and drink good coffee.

I've been spending time in this shop for a year now and I am more than a little suspicious of some of the negative reviews, lol. Seb, Jonas, Chito, and all the other employees have never been anything but great to me and I've spent enough time in the shop to see their interactions with other customers, and they've all matched mine. Best cappuccino in town and it's not really close, tons of great kit always in stock, best mechanic in the city and a wonderful, sunny location to start and end rides. Great people over there.

Enroute is doing hard working bring such good brand and product. I like the way that work. I've been there brand opening & ride. The manager, he was super nice and friendly. No complain and this will be the best bike & coffee shop ever.

Was a regular here until recently learning two friends were rudely refused repair services (one just today). Reading the defensive owner responses to reviews here gives a pretty clear picture of the type of service one can expect.

Best coffee just a couple blocks from the beach! I'm not a cyclist but they have a great selection of bikes and parts as well as apparel.
