My daughter had her 12th birthday dinner here with her friends and they had a blast. The pizza, curly fries and complementary pop were more than enough for the kids. The live music playing on Sunday afternoon was an added bonus too.Parking: Free parking in back of restaurant and one block away across from the park.Kid-friendliness: They were very helpful with the kids and even gave them some pizza dough to play with while we were still eating.
Definitely the best Neapolitan pizza in all Canada! We tried the quattro fromaggio, chicken Alfredo pizza, and the Nutella adding strawberry. The service was amazing, great atmosphere, good lighting, music, and comfort.

Overall the food we all had was absolutely delicious! The service on the other hand left very little to be desired. It took to the point of all 5 of us having our jackets on for our server to even come back to ask if we needed anything else or our bills. We were also last minute informed of an automatic 18% gratuity added on for groups of 5 or more. On top of that when it was explained, it was implied that perhaps we would want to tip on top of the auto, but that she could bypass it if she’d like us to. Once the 4th employee came on the floor the two of them chatted as though we’re weren’t even tables in the building, very disappointing. If we go back it’ll be to a different location at the very least.

My wife and I went here on a Wednesday and had an arugula pizza with meatballs on the side. The food was great for the price.While trying to separate two slices of pizza, my wife accidentally launched one of them over the bar and onto the ice cream cooler. Not a joke.The staff were sympathetic and gave us a discount on the bill as well as free ice cream so my wife wouldn’t feel bad. A+ service from the friendly staff.We will go back.

I liked the pizza and their drinks. I visited during the day, and it has a family vibe. The only thing that bothered me was a strong smell that when i entered the restaurant, I immediately noticed. I'm not sure what it was, but it wasn't pleasant. I just got used to it after a while!

Was there for lunch with kids asked if we agreed to pay 18% service which we did. The service we had was very bad not worth even 5% .The food didn’t test good all in all was bad.

Highlights: Pizza and Curly FriesOrdered the Primadona Pizza and Curly fries. Arrived pretty swiftly and tasted delectable. Was in a rush today to catch a concert but would love to come back and take our time discovering more of the menu and dessert!
I give one star because they made a mistake charging me $11 for a $9 kids meal. She explained the menu are not up to date and correct the bill. However, I also got over charged last time on a happy hour item. Same mistake happened twice? I usually don’t check the bill of the price of each item I ordered, but just make sure the items are correct. Now, it seems I need to record the price of each item also. I hope these two incidents are honest mistake and not intentional.

4 pizzas were ready for pickup at requested time of 1130 am. Everyone at the office said pizza tasted good. 15 Napoleon Hawaiian, pepperoni, bbq chicken, Margherita all good. Staff even helped me carry the pizzas to my parked car in front of restaurant on Commercial Drive, hopping over the snow filled walk and street.

Wait staff were lovely but the pizza was disappointing. Too salty and as soon as it lost its heat, the whole thing was a bit of a soggy mess. ( thin crust ).
