Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. A bit tasty but really disappointing otherwise.It's definitely not a ⅓ beef patty, and the toppings were not generous as advertised.Here's what they advertise, and there's what I received.

UPDATE (20240215): I emailed "ithink..." address (per "owners" response) three days ago and nothing - no reply at all - hence not a serious issue to them... a smoke screen to make it seem like they care... Don't Be Fooled. Minus 1 star (and I rarely go this low in my ratings).I have been a regular (takeout) customer for some time until I had the misfortune of biting into something very hard. Not realizing until after I finished my meal did I discover that the object had cracked my tooth with a large chunk falling off/out.I called and explained what happened but, as might be expected all I got was "sorry, about that..."The bill to fix my tooth was $300.Ironically, I've spent $316.30 at Fatburger (Davie) since October 1st, 2023; and was a regular even before that...An expensive "last meal" it was.

They have good combo deals on their website and so fast in preparing the online order. The straight up cheeseburger and cheese bacon burgers were delicious but there’s still room for improvement with the texture of ground beef.

We had the bacon cheese burger. It was expensive but so good. Fries were nothing special, but the burger made up for it.
Loved the friendliness and how they allow you to choose exactly what you want without upselling.Very clean, friendly and comfy booths.Highly recommend!
Customer service at this location is horrendous. If you are waiting in line the cashier will literally serve people behind you who just came in the door. Disgraceful. I waited until they were done gathering food for the person behind me to let them know how disgraceful their customer service is.
