I live close by and like coming here for their black cod .The store is not big but they have different variety of frozen seafood and other prepared food.I have tried their seafood congee ,seaweed rice wrap and Poka bowl .The Price is reasonable and they all tasted good.I also bought their frozen seafood pancake but I don’t like the texture and they lack of flavorMy favorite are the frozen black cod and miso black cod , so far they have not disappointed me and I love coming back for them.

This special seafood market store offers delivery and pickup orders..we have been customers for quite sometime and appreciate their focus on freshness and the importance of sustainability of the seafood in BC waters..there is always a warm greeting and the atmosphere encourages that you ask questions and become more informed concerning your choices of their seafood products..one of our favourite choices is the Seafood Bowl…we also keep frozen fish cakes in our freezer to enjoy as a snack at anytime…what’s fresh today will surely be on display at this seafood market..

The BEST poké bowl I’ve ever eaten in my life and I’ve had many in North America. I was served FRESH ingredients and the server was super generous when it came to the portions. FYI- Uni was not a topping you could add on the bowl, it needs to be purchased separately. Totally worth the price, it was fresh as hell!FISH also has a small pantry of kitchen staples such as soya sauce and Japanese snacks. I’ll be back next time I drop by Vancouver again!

Bought 16 scallops for $53 at the Burnaby location today. They didn’t smell too fresh when I started to prepare them for dinner but I rinsed them with water and hoped I was wrong and they would be great once cooked since they were just bought 4 hours prior. I have a lot of experience cooking scallops. My husband and I each ate one and the rest went in the garbage. I will never return to this store and hope that anyone reading this review will never shop there either. I was looking forward to a delicious dinner and ended up eating only roasted vegetables. What a waste of time and money, very frustrating.
i was really craving for fresh uni, after read so many good reviews about fresh ideas ,I went to their kitsilano location last week, I bought a box of uni, the color seemed fine, but when I opened it , it tasted stinky, definitely not fresh. yikes, so I dumped it, I'll never visit this shop again!
