The food and service were excellent. However it was game day and the kitchen was exceptionally slow. It took almost an hour for our entrees to come out, fortunately we did order starters (which were also very slow for cold appetizers). I will be back but don't recommend this for a game day meal as they don't appear to be able to handle to volume.

We had breakfast here on a Saturday morning. It was not busy at all. Very simple menu which was fine for us. Not too many choices. Kitchen was very fast and food was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. No complaints.

Restaurant is perfectly located near civic theaters and sports arenas. Ambience is quite pleasant, but normal conversation is impossible on a game night due to all the loud talking and shouting. if you are not a sports fan, I would avoid this location when there is a major event on at BC Place or Rogers Arena. The rest of the time, the place is convenient and enjoyable. Food is acceptable but not outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and gave great service and so top marks to him.

First time in VAN BC and after the walk tour hunger struck and we saw this place. Best choice by far. Will stop by on my next visit.

Great spot to have dinner before a game or show. We had reservations so not sure how long the wait would be. Good portions, decent price for location. Service was a little slow but still friendly.Would return in the future.

We had a great meal at Frankie's! In fact it was so good, we returned for a great breakfast the next day. A little too loud for us, though. Tough to talk in a normal tone at dinner. Totally fine at breakfast.

I had breakfast here on the first floor while staying at the Georgian Court hotel. The staff was very good service and manners. The restaurant was cosy and the tables were large enough for me but the chairs were too low for me. The vegetarian Benedict for breakfast was delicious. I usually like to drink almond lattes, but this time I tried the coffee too, which I liked as it was a strong yet mild coffee. I didn't have a chance to eat dinner here, but I'd like to try it next time.
