I was so disappointed the service. Even tables are empty, they didn't prepare, and made me wait so long time. Also I don't like clark's attitude. I'll never come back here.

Spectacular souffle pancakes. Went for one savoury and one sweet. The savoury one was good but a little unusual with the sweeter pancake with savoury toppings. Highly recommend the Nutella pancake. Sweet cream cold brew had an immense amount of cream on it but was very good.
Me and four of my family members stopped by Fufu cafe for some breakfast, right off the bat the service was very bad and not accommodating whatsoever. The atmosphere and presentation of the restaurant was nice however, but that was the only positives of the cafe. We got Pancakes, they all had a very strong egg taste, more than normal pancakes. Was given a table spoon of maple syrup (literally), glasses had bad smell, was charged $4 for a glass of milk. There was one open table but we were not given it because apparently it was ‘reserved’, the whole 2 hours we were there no one showed up, so we ended up sitting at a bar table. Would not recommend unless you want to overpay for raw Egg pancakes.

A quaint and casual cafe that serves unique desserts!I have only ever went to two souffle pancake cafes in Vancouver. Fufu and Gram Japanese Souffle Pancake, but Fufu is eons better.Soft and fluffy pancakes with a wide variety of toppings and accompaniments. We ordered the Matcha souffle pancakes which was delectable! The matcha mascarpone cream was an amazing topping and so was the ice cream! The matcha syrup was a little bit bitter, but that just means it's real matcha rather than a sugar infused syrup so I didn't mind! I also enjoyed the mochi and red bean on the side too. It's not a large enough portion for a whole meal, at least not the sweet souffle pancake selection, but it is certainly a great place to follow up lunch/dinner with dessert.

So delicious, a must stop spot if you're in the area. Soft, light, tasty, and still filling. Tiramisu was my fav.

They've outlasted all the other trendy Japanese pancake places, that says something! Friendly service, the pancakes are delicious and not eggy at all, and prices are very reasonable for the neighborhood. Coffee/fancy lattes are also very tasty. I've only ever tried their sweet pancakes. My favourite are the ones with Salted Mascarpone Cream. The sweet pancakes with toppings, e.g. the tiramisu ones, are a bit over the top for one person, IMO, they are better suited to be shared between two people. It does take about 20-25 minutes for them to make the pancakes, so expect a bit of a wait before your food comes out. Super busy on the weekends unless you have a reservation or line up before opening time.

I fell in love with souflee pancakes in Japan and these are by far the best I’ve had back here in BC. They were the perfect consistency and flavour! The only downside was that they had so many amazing options to choose from. We will definitely be back to try the savoury options on the menu. My latte also exceeded expectation. Service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. We made sure to make a reservation well in advance, as we have been wanting to eat here for a while and every time we are in the neighbourhood they are fully booked. So glad we preserved - our meal was perfection!
I came here for breakfast after trying a couple times to make a reservation and learning it needs to be planned farther in advance due to limited seating, but now I know and will definitely come here again. We came in right as they were opening, which was our reservation time, got seated and waited upon quickly. My drink and food were both delicious. Staff were friendly and it was nice seeing the kitchen staff at work.

SO good, my first time having soufflé pancakes and it’s well worth the price. Cute atmosphere, and the food is incredible. Highly recommend the benedict pancakes with bacon, best bacon I’ve ever had.

We had a disappointing experience at the cafe. The wait was long and the space was small and hot. Soufflé tasted a bit fishy and eggy. The only good point is nice food decor.

After having Japanese pancakes in Japan I was in a hunt for them in Vancouver. I was able to have my craving satisfied here. Ordered a savoury and sweet; I was surprised to find myself enjoying the savoury one the most. But the sweet one was also great and just as good as the ones I had in Japan, a little more pricy but that’s expected for Vancouver!
