I had a takeout order of raw beef pho from this restaurant. Throughout my entire wait of 30-45 minutes outside the shop, the cashier woman staff seemed more interested in her phone than attending to customers. I positioned myself right in front of her, where she could easily see me, yet she made no effort to acknowledge or assist me with my single order. It was only when I finally walked in to collect my order that I discovered it had been ready earlier, but no staff member bothered to inform me. Additionally, the soup in the pho failed to sufficiently cook the beef slices.The food is not bad and not good.I ordered carpaccio pho for takeout from this restaurant. During the entire 30-45 minutes of waiting, the female cashier employee seemed more interested in her phone than caring about the customer. I was standing in front of her and she could clearly see me, but she made no effort to pay attention or assist with my a la carte order. It wasn't until I finally walked in to pick up my order that I realized my order had been prepared but no employee had informed me. Also, the pho broth didn't cook the beef slices enough.It's not a terrible dish, but it's not great either.

I've been here 2 times and it has been the same:Servers are always in a bad mood.They served a very different thing from what I ordered. I think they do it because at the end they want to charge for the correct and also the incorrect orders.The food taste is good though.It's a fast service.I wouldn't come here again. I would go to "Love for Pho."

Owner and Staff disregarded a severe allergy, and has no understanding or regard for cross contamination and gave us a meal with the allergy we specifically asked not to be included. When we were told it would be replaced, the owner tried to charge us for the replaced meal when the waiter told us it would be replaced. Also gave us wrong soup order and the owner tried to charge us again for something we didn’t get initially. Owner was extremely argumentative and had poor service - will try to charge you if they messed up.

Well I read the reviews before coming here to eat and I honestly a bit afraid but I took my chances anyways.The pho is pretty good, especially considering price and amount of food. I got the pho dac biet which came up to 15.50 at the til.I did notice something on the low side though. The server lady is a bit slow (maybe new or maybe just a slow host). As I was eating, a guy walks in and asks for table of 1 (just him). Host tells him to sit anywhere.There were about 4 tables open but 3/4 of them still needed to get cleaned. So the guy kind of threw a fit because he didn’t want to sit at the table near the door.If the host was faster on her feet, the tables could’ve been cleaned and there wouldn’t have been a fuss.She was very kind though and even asked if I needed a refill on my water.

I had the vegetable noodle soup with vegetable broth. The soup was pretty bland and just had a bunch of greens and some carrots. It’s an okay option if you’re a vegetarian/vegan needing some warm soup during late night.

Bought a banh mi online thru their website, what’s crazy was they add tips right away upon ordering! Like what?! I don’t mins giving tips but adding it right away from my bill is crazy! Banh mi was okay not good but not bad too. The beef banh mi was a little bit dry and too little portion for $11.
