The customer service is very poor; the staff consistently engage in laughter among themselves, and customer needs seem to be their lowest priority. Furthermore, the prices they charge are higher than the ones marked on their sandwich board outside.

The service is quick and the food is good, everything you need from a place called Grab n Go. The little shrimps were especially good and the rice wasn't bad.

Awesome food and great value! Our favourite was the crab inari.

A must-visit store for Koreans! Ramen, chicken, rolls? There are a lot of delicious things, but there are also snacks like konjac jelly, triangle kimbap, and mochi :) If I lived nearby, I would come here all the time..! It's a pity.

The food is pretty much same quality and taste as the frozen food you can buy at glossary stores, and there’s NO SERVICE AT ALL. You need to microwave them yourself and clean up yourself. I realized this after paying 15% tips and eating. Very poor experience.

I gave it 2 stars b/c of the price of the disposable ramen bowl that you're paying for.... which is $7 alone. I ordered the Shin ramen, and the ramen itself was $4/pack AND the bowl is $7. So it ends up being $11 alone for ramen, which is too much. It was also a bit deceiving b/c the price on the menu says $4 for Shin ramen (which is true, but doesn't include the disposable bowl.) If I knew it didn't come with the bowl, I could just order Shin CUP ramen.I asked about the cost, thinking I was charged extra for another ramen, but the person said it was correctly charged. The inari tasted good and the price of the other items are ok for the convenience.

This location is definitely not at all like the other grabngo takeaway locations, this is a bit more of a dine-in place and the ready-to-eat fridge selection is pretty small. The menu is also quite different, there aren't any inaris and instead there is Korean Soup and Korean Fried Chicken. We tried the Yangnyeom Chicken and the Miyeokguk seaweed soup. Both dishes tasted decent, but the chicken was around $15 (pre-discount) for a "half order" of 6 pieces, and the seaweed soup came with slices of beef that had been boiled beyond death to an inedibly tough point.Pros: This location is open til midnight, which is nice, and there's a flat 30% off every single item on the menu unless you get delivery. The food is also freshly made when you order, which does make it taste better than if it had been sitting in a cooler waiting to be purchasedCons: The portion sizes also seemed to be 30% off to match the pricing, which we didn't realise until the food came. Definitely needed to go eat somewhere else after we finished our meal. The food also was a bit of a wait even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, so if it's any busier it'll likely be even more of an issue

I loved this place! It's such a great concept to bring to the west. I wish we had one in La! I've also never seen a place that does filled inari with such variety and affordability. The service is fast and the food is delicious! It was my fav spot on my little Vancouver trip.
