I seldom ever leave a bad review for businesses, but this place has earned it from me.Look at this so called Americano! I asked for easy on the ice already, which means it's supposed to be less diluted. It's super watered down, this tastes like the water you put in to wash your coffee cup and then you drink that water.Sneaky tipping option as well, they have a sticker covering lower part of the pos machine, so even if you are able to press a custom tip, you are not able to press "ok"$6 for this cup of whatever, I gave it back to them and told them "this Americano is a joke."

Coffee is okay, but they tape up the bottom of the cash machine so you can't select "No Tip" or Tip that is lower than 15%. Tipping culture is out of hand especially at a coffee shop.

The food is delicious, but on my second time there on the website it says it closes at 7:30 and i got there it was 6:30, which is one hour away from closing time but employees locked up the store and told me it closed already.I left very disappointed.

Coffee is good but I was really upset when i came with smile and got an attitude back from cashier with pink hair. The barista was nice tho. She was so friendly, at least say thank you and good bye to me. The cashier even threw the changes to me. If u got paid, please work and respect others!!!Update: if your camera could record the sound, please hear it carefully! Also, as a business owner, do you really think being tired is a good excuse to serve customers like that?
