Hong Phat is a great restaurant for South Vietnamese (Do not get it mixed up with North Vietnamese Pho as it is very different style) comfort food. I was introduced to this place by my girlfriend and we go there once in a while to enjoy their food. Had a chance to try their new menu today and they added a few new items on there. As always, it was a pleasant meal. The staff overall is very courteous and helpful when taking order and helping out. Highly recommended for lunch/brunch for a good price in the current economy! The Salted Caramel Coffee is a MUST HAVE for those who are coffee drinkers! It is a great combination of the South Vietnamese coffee robusta beans with a nice layer of salted foam on the top. Great balance of the coffee.
This restaurant is part of a restaurant chain that won Michelin Bib award in Vietnam. It sure does live up to its name! The Phnom Penh style dry noodles are heavenly! The ingredients are fresh and the spices go so well together. The beansprout portion is huge. I'll definitely come back for more.

We went on the cold snow day and we were greeted with amazing customer service and INCREDIBLE food. Flavours were 10/10. So happy we went there.
We ordered take out from Uber Eats. The salad roll was good. The peanut sauce stole the show. They added carrots to the sauce which added more texture and crunch. The spring rolls were yummy still crisp. The chicken wings were just Ok. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu in person.

We went on a Saturday mid-afternoon, and immediately got a seat. I ordered the #26, noodle in duck broth with a side of a deep fried chicken leg. It came with bean sprouts and chives with a slice of lime on the side. As well as what looked like pickled diakon, something resembling teppanyaki sauce. The noodle came with shitake mushroom, pork blood cubes, and choi sum vegetables. For condiments, they had pickled jalapeno, pickled garlic, and a spicy chilli oil mixture. The chilli oil mixture was very *tasty*, with a nice complex flavor resembling X. O. sauce. The chicken leg was nicely fried, where the meat fell off the bone, and some bone parts were also edible. For $17, this noodle was very tasty and well worth the price! Highly recommended!

Tasty foods with pretty big portions. Although the pork bone marrow broth is too sweet for me, the succulent bone marrow and tender meat is a must try. Staff are friendly.
