I usually love this place but super disappointed in the service I've had at least twice now in the last 2 wks. I asked for a drink with room at the top, and got a full cup each time. They're not sorry at all and didn't even offer to redo the drinks. The 2 times I gave them tip.. Why did I bother???

Delighted to find that they have quite a range of vegan products, including muffins, a cookie, and a couple of wraps. Lots of options, and the chocolate zucchini muffin I got was delicious and moist.

The best coffee we had in Vancouver, that we ended up going here 3 times when we were in town. This location was so convenient, and only a 2 minute walk from our hotel. There was a bit of a line, but it was fast and efficient, and the locals we were talking to in line were telling us that JJ Bean is definitely one of the best here...and it was! The staff and baristas were so friendly. The outdoor coffee bar was so cute and in such a nice and quiet area. I ordered a Mocha Latte and it was so creamy, and the coffee brew itself had a nice roasted flavor to it. Definitely a perfect cup to start the mornings. I highly recommend going to JJ Bean for your coffee fix!

My favourite coffee spot in downtown Vancouver! The staff is always so friendly and kind. I am always greeted with big smiles and care! The location reminds me of a classic “cabane à sucre”, brings nostalgia and joy. And they always have treats for my dogs, which is a great bonus! The coffee and pastries are soooo delicious. Recently tried the croissant, I loved it!
