Came this location on Mar 24 in the morning. 3 female employees was chatting louder when I got in the cafe. Blonde hair young lady took my order. I said hi but got ignored. I ordered a drip and muffin. Coffee is normal cuz no need skill to pour. Muffin is in a paper bag upside down. Agh, she doesn't know what is "working". She said thank you after giving them to me but like whisper. How come they can chat louder with employees rather than talking with customers?

Some delicious cookies and an amazing cup of coffee - very different flavors experienced here - most coffee has this bitterness I want to cover with sugar and cream but not the Americano

This is my favorite JJ Bean and quite possibly my favorite coffee shop in all of Vancouver. The staff are super friendly, the music is always good, the ambiance is relaxing, very "east van."Plus, they have "the best soy latte that you ever had." (This is a song lyric yet it's also true.)Thank you to everyone who comes together to create this space! I'm very grateful.

They messed up my order twice in a row. I asked for a yerba mate late with oat milk and they gave me a regular coffee late then I complained and they gave me some other sort of green gross tasting drink. I do not recommend this place they mess up your orders pretty bad. I just gave up because I had to go back to work.

My favourite drink here is one that is slated to be discontinued at some point, so I’m enjoying it while I can - pink beet latte with almond milk and no sweetener.Or on occasions, an espresso instead! Occasionally Glory juices, they are expensive but worth it, my favourite is the #1.For pastries, fresh every day, even several times a day! For myself the power puck, 2 or 3 of them when I go hiking (in ziplock bags so that bears don’t smell them). For my family, muffins (morning glory, chocolate walnut zucchini), 3 types of croissants. They have usually one gluten free muffin choice, though the flavour changes. If you want croissants early in the morning (6:30am to 7am), the Park and Tilford JJ Bean is a good option, place your order 24 hours before if your order will be big.Parking can be tricky, there’s always a spot driving up Victoria on the right a few blocks away.

I come here quite a bit but this time was annoying. Order was wrong they remade it. My drink spilled all over the place and all they offered me was cane sugar. Tables were dirty and I'm left feeling like a paid $5 for half a drink. Thanks JJ
