Food was decent but the costumer service was horrible, I ordered 30$ worth of food and I asked for a bag to go and they said make sure u charge him for 15 cents bag and then me and my brother both got a drink but she only gave us one and I took it, then she proceeded to say I stole a drink when she got the order wrong

Normally, Jollibee fried chicken is very good but the last fried chicken I had have an old taste and I am very particular of the taste of fried chicken with Jollibee. I am a big fan and lover of Jollibee but this last visit really disappointed ? me. The branch is located at Broadway, Vancouver BC. Hope you do check the chicken you prepare and serve.
