Great customer service, quick order processing, and delicious smoothies! Parking is always tough in this area, but if you find yourself walking around on Robson St., it’s definitely worth your time to grab a beverage from Jugo Juice!

This looked enticing on a hot summer's day when walking past. Ordered 3 drinks and they were made quickly. The flavours are really good and tasted fresh. Very small shop and need to squeeze past people when ordering inside and then waiting for the drink

I'm a big fan of the Davie St. location, so when I walked past the Jugo Juice on Robson St., I thought it would really hit the spot on a hot day.I got the Frosted Lemonade (which I've had before), and all I can really say is EW. I got gross chunks of DRIED fruit (pineapple, I think..?) with every sip (see photos).Ick. I won't be back (to this location, at least).

Staff never talks about the rewards card, and when I asked she didn’t even know what I was talking about, not friendly and very short answers .. robotic

Extremely rude staff. The girl working had headphones in and didn’t acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes (even though she had seen me walk in). When she finally came up to take my order she said nothing to me and just looked at me until I said what I want. For $10 a juice you’d expect much better service.

The worst customer experience i have ever had the. The girl working there shouted at her co worker in front on a bunch of costumers plus she was super rude to me and a coustmer before me. Its not fair to be treated this way for anyone I mean if you are so unhappy then quit and don’t ruin other people’s day. Being a coustmer who is spending money all we expect is for a experience that is happy and wants a coustmer to come back to the same location.
