Food never showed up and after 2 hours contacted them. they confirmed food was ordered and sitting there, but was then told they don't do delivery even though their website has a delivery option. After questioning their website that states delivery option I was hung up on. Their website is conveniently "under construction"

Not the first time to visit this restaurant but my experience about this place is going downhill. Taste is ok on some dish and freshness goes disappearing. Size of dish is smaller but price is went up quite a bit. Although they still have the neighbor supporting them, server getting less and almost no service due to manpower shortage. Parking is the biggest problem where street parking is extremely limited.

So we tried their online ordering options and choose delivery which you can preset a time to deliver your order. Ordered and paid and wait because it says it will be ready at 5:26pm. We waited for over 40 minutes for the food we ordered to arrived but it never came,decided to call and the lady says “no delivery pick up only”. “I said I ordered online and I choose delivery because it says so and my card has been charged with over a hundred dollars for my order.” The lady just kept saying “no delivery pick up only”. I asked her why didn’t she call and let us know that they only do pick up and no delivery so we didn’t have to wait for over 40 minutes,she just said “come pick up,food is ready long time ago already”Long story short,we went to pick the food up because we already paid for it. Our order is already waiting on their table pick up. I asked one of their guy that we were there to “pick up our delivery” and he just pointed me to the lady at the counter. I saw my phone number in one of the bags on the table,grabbed it and took off.Food warm but not hot. Chicken Chow Mein with crispy noodles was beyond soggy it tasted stale, Beef with Chinese Greens were all bok choy and not much beef,Almond Breaded Chicken is ok,crispy but not their usual texture and BBQ Pork Fried Rice has alot of green peas although I asked for no green peas.Was beyond disappointed with our experience today,very poor customer service and didn’t even find the time to give us a call and their online ordering is very disappointing they need to revisit it,it is misleading their customers.Rose Garden old management was way better.

When my frd asked to dine here I was skeptical in the beginning as the restaurant looks like old and dingy from the outside. The interior was farrrr from the usual modern and glamorous hk seafood restaurants we see elsewhere. However, the service was actually pretty good, the server we had was very conversational which is unusual for a restaurant like this. We picked the six dishes combo which we get steam fish for free. Everything was very delicious. The fish was big and fresh. Honey ginger spareribs was crispy outside and tender inside. The combo offers quite a good value considering the quality of the all the dishes we got. I would definitely recommend and being my families over for our gatherings. Good food, tentative service (maybe just with the server we had) and good value, just bad interior and ambiance.

This is place is no longer like its predecessor Rose Garden. Food was okey but the environment is cheap, especially when its staff and customers are poorly educated, resulting in noisy and crude conversations. The worst thing is that they might reuse any leftover food, and forced customers to tip. They said “those people are so bad” in Cantonese 「咁衰嘅呢啲人」when we refused to tip. Would never come back and good luck with their business.

The food is great ????We ordered lobster ($35/lb), cod fillet with corn cream (~$23), spicy Chinese eggplant, and two other dishes that I forgot the names. But these ones that I named were great. This is a place with integrity. We ordered food on line and due to my error we had to cancel the order. One month later they credited our card for the full amount when Master Card refused to help us.
