Got the pierogis, they were good but a little plain for me! The onions however were great

Food:Simple, but yummy food that pairs well with beer! Nothing too oily or fat, it's all just the right amount. The bratwurst is very refreshing to eat too. The pierogi plate was about $19 and 10oz beer $8Service:Can order from the store front or go around the corner and eat outside. They have a small seating area to eat, drink and relax. You'll have to be vocal and wave the servers to your table when you need something. Main focus is the store front rather than the back. Servers are all kind and courteous people!Atmosphere:Busy and crowded. Your eating at a food court or their seating area in the back. Can be difficult when super busy. But at least you have a nice scenery of the market or the area outside.

Onion potato perogies with caramelized onions were extremely bland even when fully dressed up. All beef sausage was also extremely bland. Service was friendly and efficient. The seated patio area in the back was well maintained with good service, and is a welcoming dining spot to avoid the seagulls and wind. However you can easily find much more flavourful food in this area.

As a classic on Granville Island, this place is an institution in Vancouver, one of the few left. I love the food when I have the chance and always choose this place to eat.

The schnitzel was fairly bland and tough compared to how I make it or have had at most restaurants. I'd stick to their sausages, as they looked pretty good. Potato salad was also a picnic salad and not German/European.

I get the Beyond Italian vegan sausage. So delicious with complimentary fried onions, sauerkraut, German hot mustard, a pepperoncini and potato chips, all for under $10. The staff is consistently welcoming and efficient. Love this place.

It was not the first time I came to this deli, but it probably will be my last. I ordered a Beef Bratwurst, and this $10 hotdog couldn't be more disappointing. The sausage was tough, dry, and tasteless, more like a salty piece of cardboard. Maybe left in the grill for a week... The condiments, sauerkraut, etc. just bland. If you are looking for a good hotdog, go somewhere else.

Fantastic. Set in idyllic Granville island. Great place to take a break and have a beer and a German style wiener.

The place is located in a very well-kept market. I always bought Smoked Salmon an everything bagel with pickles is the best. There are many other options to taste, the milanesas look spectacular as do the sausages.

It's one of the best hot dogs I've eaten in Vancouver, and the staff were friendly.

Extremely rude service. We haven’t even finished ordering and the server just said, “ok, move on.”
