The Colonel must be rolling in his grave. Ignoring all he bad reviews I stopped by this location today "MISTAKE" the food was cold and greasy and the order taker (Bavrat) should do her customers a favor and think about another career she obviously hates her job. The franchisees should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service, messy environment and low quality food. We were really disappointed with our visit and dine in experience today. The front desk girl was rude and took one of our orders wrong. Also she asked us to change one of the orders later, because it took longer time to make.... Not a pleasant place with only 5 chairs, so I don't recommend this place.

Ordered chicken and they gave me old chicken, it was stale and the recipe just isn’t the same there. The fries were undercooked. “These people” don’t know how to cook American food. Hoping the new location on kitsalano is better! Everything is run by East Indians. No care for the fast food. They just want to get paid.

Waited 3 hours delivery never came.Help line people are completely useless, spent 30 mins on the phone with her.Never ended up getting my food. What a hassle!It’s all foreigners that don’t speak English working the phones and the restaurant who don’t care at all.
