Clearly this place doesn’t want my money. I came in to this place when a front of house staff was finishing taking an order from another customer ahead of me. She walked away from the front counter, saying nothing. The other worker in the back which is about 2.5 meters away from me, sees me through the massive open window makes eye contact with me and says nothing. I stood there for another 2 minutes in front of this person before I realized that this place doesn’t understand the value of saying “Hi have you been helped yet? No? Ok someone will be with you shortly”Note to self, don’t come back.

The customer service experience was very poor. I don’t understand why the cashier was so unkind, giving us looks as if we were there to receive something for free. I kindly request that measures be taken to ensure employees are proficient in customer interactions.

I barely go to this particular location however when I do go there, they always screw up my order. Firstly no one knows customer service there not even the person in-charge. Secondly, I ordered a large popcorn chicken to go and paid at the counter. I am not being racists here but this is as per description, black girl took my order and literally she gave me the machine to pay and went away. I was waiting patiently for my order and after 10 minutes, a brown girl asked me what am I waiting for then I told her large pop corn chicken. She asked the same black girl about my order and the black girl literally took my order 10 minutes ago denied taking my order and said she forgot. I mean seriously like 10 minutes ago and no one ordered anything after me and she forgot that she took my order. She has been there for a long time as I recall seeing her all the time however her memory is like a 3 year old kid. I recommend anyone going into this particular location to ask for receipt each time they pay or else the staff there will think you have never placed any order. Terrible customer service and I am surprised this location is still open.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Never thought I would bite into a raw chicken burger, but I did today. Luckily, i spat it back out, but It's absolutely disappointing. The owners of this place should just shut this place down, especially after looking at these 1 star reviews.There are better chicken places on fraser Street (prinkle chicken, Churchs Chicken)
