It’s much more spacious than the store at Station Square, and it has a high ceiling so it’s not stressful to eat. It’s very comfortable. The waiters are very nice and attentive, and you can reserve a table in advance. The dry noodles are their signature, and their soup noodles are also good, and they are always There are different seasonal limited editions to try. The ice cream is also delicious, but it sells out quickly. You can also walk around the restaurant. There are also walking trails along the river embankment, but because there are still many unfinished construction sites, there are Sometimes some roads will be closed and you need to turn around to get out.Parking: The building has a free underground parking lot, but there are not many parking spaces. There are also paid parking spaces on the street nearby. If it is a Friday or Saturday night, it will be a little difficult to find a parking space.

Food is good but EVERY time I’ve gone to this location it takes FOREVER for them to grab your order. IDK if they purposely ignore you, forget you or are too busy and need more workers.

Yes, the food is good but I suggest they hire more people to serve because I am here right now and there is only one waitress and one chef. The food always takes forever so my only complaint is for more job opportunities at this place.

Portion size is good for the price you pay for, as you can get any upsizes at no cost. However, I found the food a bit bland, and a bit too sweet. For example, the carbonara mazesoba needed a lot more salt, and the shio mazesoba needed more salt. However considering the price you pay for..it isn't too bad. Just something I'm not too fond of.

Unlike the other insulting overpriced noodle place in the neighborhood, Kokoro's price is decent, food is amazing. They even have low carbs noodles option! I like it so much I tried the whole menu. Hands down my favourite comfort food restaurant in the neighborhood.

Love their chicken rice bowl. Its my go to meal. It can't be beat elsewhere! I also love that there's never any wait times here. It's my fave spot in the neighborhood.
Great authentic Japanese ramen and very refreshing drinks with warm service. It's a wonderful experience. It's a pity that they don't have the Hokkaido softee ice cream available. I will definitely go back to this restaurant again, except that parking is rather challenging for this place.
Overall experience at this location has deteriorated over the past few months.Very slow service, one person clearing the tables while at the same time helping patrons with their bill payments and dealing with Uber/Door Dash drivers. We waited 15mins to be seated even though there was no one ahead of us and restaurant was not busy. Water was not delivered promptly.Our dishes arrived lukewarm. The server forgot to bring the extra rice for our ramen.Likely will not return.

The drink is fantastic, you gotta have a kiosk outside on summer just selling those. Food isn’t for us, very strong flavours. Yummy but once we finished and we had left overs we felt pretty bad hahaha. Just not our thing I guess…
