Amazing food, friendly staff, high quality ingredients.I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to properly savor my food, but it was delicious. I had a fish stew with plain rice. Beautifully made.I also had the sweet rice balls. Highly recommend.

Staff were nice. Food was tasty but the taro leaves were a bit salty. Considering the price, food was served in very small bowls. Serving is in small amount so I would say their price is expensive. The place has poor ventilation and you can smell the smoke coming from the kitchen. Will I come back here? Yes, but only if I don't have other options and to check if they have improved.

The small restaurants are the best restaurants. This is so true at Kumare Express on Joyce street. If you like Filipino cuisine you must try Kumare Restaurant and Bakery. ??Every dish is awesome and great value for your money the service is very friendly and welcoming.

I got the spaghetti for takeout and it was moderately well-priced and tasted pretty good. It had a good variety of ingredients like ground beef, cheese, sausages, and spaghetti sauce, and does not fall into the Jollibee trap of excessive sugar.I recommend giving it a try.

Don’t buy halo halo at kumare restaurant near joyce station I just bought a take out halo halo at joyce locations they put it in a plastic bowl and when i ask if they can give me some plastic spoon they said i need to pay for it too which is the halo halo is already expensive $13 for a small bowl but its more on ice than the ingredients this is the first time i buy a take out halo halo where you need to pay for a plastic spoon so you can eat it your halo2 or bring it at home to eat so disappointed

This place is underrated, and I recommend you visit this place! The staff are wonderful here. Kumare Express is a grab and go version of their main restaurant, Kumare, in Richmond. It’s a classic Filipino eatery. Clean space and friendly atmosphere. My friends and I love this location, since it’s easily accessible by sky train. We stop by when we are in the area, or have real bad cravings for Filipino food!My favourite dishes: BBQ skewers (must try!), Sisig, Dinakdakan, Dinuguan, and Rellenong Talong
