This place has the original mexican taste I miss from back home… they have a lot of variety to choose from, portions are nicely sized, vegetarian options are available AND the margaritas are ?. The food was good. I find it a little expensive for what you get though. Maybe I am just cheap!They also took the "non" fried chicken off the menu for burritos, so I was very disappointed as that is about all I eat. Probably not rush back there since they no longer serve what I like.The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Tacos were really good. A bit costly considering that an adult will have to order three tacos and a pop for a meal. Nevertheless the taste makes up for the additional cost.They also have a very optimized serving mechanism. Once we order on the counter, we will get assigned a table and the food will be served to your table directly. Can be your place when you want to eat tasty and quickly too.

Great lunch…again. I had the Cabo prawn tacos this time and they were served fresh and hot. Mega tortilla chips ordered with salsa, guac and refried beans. So good. Lunch was served quickly and margarita went down easy. Enjoy!

I haven’t been here in a few years. Used to be one of my favourite tacos shops, it’s now getting moved to the bottom of the list.Why was my Asada taco just a slab of beef? I could not tear that thing apart for the life of me.Tacos are also covered in way too much sauce. Probably to covered up the flavour of the low quality meat they’re using. The sauces couldn’t mask the awful texture though. I’ve never had just a tendony slab of beef in my life.Very sad to be writing this review. I used to love this place.

Well got the tacos of the day and expected it to be better but it was not. The birrias was too salty and did not get the birrias i expected for. The taco shell seemed like its not homemade and got from groceries store or something. I personally dont like it. Cheers!

I absolutely LOVE this place for happy hour - the nachos are so yummy and plentiful and for the happy hour prices, it's such a good sharable appetizer. The tacos are also very good - I especially love the carnitas taco. Can't go wrong with pinche shop!

My family and I love eating tacos so when we were in Vancouver, BC it was a no brainer to look for a highly recommended taco shop. After much soul searching and reading, I found this taco shop. We were all blown away how great the food tasted and we all loved it. Quick Cap and what we ordered. I highly recommend this place but come during happy hour, food tastes so much better when its cheaper but great tasting food1. Ahi Tuna taco- I never took a bite but the lady says is was the most delicious of all the tacos we ordered.2. Fish Baja- I've had a lot of fish tacos and was a little skeptical ordering it but it was pretty good.3. Carnitas-Pork shoulder tacos was delicious4. Asada-Triple AAA beef taco it was delicious with some of the caramelize onions.5. Nachos with side of guacamoleRestaurant1. Very clean and big restaurant2. Hard to find parking during happy hours but it was worth it
Best Mexican food I have ever had! The tacos here are AMAZING. The portion size is perfect - you definitely get your money's worth and more! The service was wonderful too, so friendly and kind. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

My sister was very excited to bring us here as she has had great food every time. Unfortunately, today was not the case. The food took over 20 minutes and was not worth the wait. Everything taste bland. You'd think with all the sauces and marinating it would be great but it all tasted bla. The tacos were so hard around the edges that I had to rip them off as they cut the roof of my mouth. The 3 and 5 year old likes their plain cheese quesadilla. My mom had the breakfast burrito and said the same about her meal, It lacked flavour, and the texture was very mushy, there was nothing in it to add texture. I will try La Taqueria Again because I feel like maybe they were having a bad day. If it's better I'll update my review.

great atmospehre, the pollo mole burritos were amazing, ask for their own hotel sauce if you like some heat, it packs a punch.

I got the breakfast burrito and it was good, although it took a while for us to receive the food even when the restaurant was not too busy. The ordering style is also very different, where you wait in line to order first before you are seated. Overall, it was an interesting experience.

Wear stretchy pants. Really, the food is amazing and I always leave happy. An added bonus is this place being licensed to serve alcohol. So, if you're in need of a refreshing beer or margarita (slush version) with your food, go ahead and order up! By far one of my favourite lunch spots ?
