I came here with my family visiting me in Vancouver. My uncle accidentally lost a phone here. When we came back and ask the staff, they gave us the lost phone back. Thank you guys so much! We offered to tip, but the staff refused us. Very friend staff and great experience. We appreciate the hospitality here.

Misleading hours listed. After 10PM you cannot order anything unless you have the McDonalds Canada app (not possible to get on the US App Store) and they won't let you order at the window.

Good location and convenient for a quick stop to get a coffee or dine in.It is clean and good service location, staff is nice and hard working.
Ordered McRib on app. When I arrived to pick up now they say it’s not available after I drove all the way here. It’s an app error. But they blaming me saying I didn’t read a sign that’s posted inside the McDonald’s with locked doors as it’s 245am. It’s still the dinner menu. They super rude about the situation and argued with me for 15 minutes embarrassing me for wanting food that I paid for on the app already.

The worst McDonalds in Vancouver. Worse than the crackdonalds on Granville.The fries are always bad. Even if you watch them take the fries directly out of the fryer, they're always cold and floppy.Employees that seem barely trained.Late night orders take forever.Worst of all the customer service. Had a kid today, Jan 21, try to tell me he couldn't give me a bag with a handle. I paid 25 cents for a bag that cost a fraction of a penny to make, that will fall apart in the rain, and I was told I couldn't have a bag with a handle. That isn't even terrible customer service, that's just petty.Been coming here fairly often since I moved to Yaletown, and that has dropped off sharply as the quality here has done the same. Being childish about giving someone a bag with a handle on a rainy day was the last straw. You guys are absolutely terrible.

I want to give 0 star. I ordered a Big Mac. What the hell? Fries were overcooked.Moreover, they locked the door and gave food through the window. Other customers who just walked in even could'nt order food.
A little busy. But staff work hard to get your order out quickly. Plus dog parking out front.

It was "okay", but I was a bit disappointed in the mobile app on my phone. We had to redo the transaction through the cashier because it didn't process properly.Parking: Roughly about 8 spots, first come basis.

We didn’t get any straws, sauce, or utensils after double checking on the receipt we had ordered them. when checking the bag, we knocked on the window to get our missing items but no one acknowledged us and clearly ignored us as there were workers right there.
