A few days ago, I was hit by a craving for a sausage McMuffin. There's hardly anything I enjoy more at McDonald's than a freshly made sausage McMuffin. Emphasis on "fresh," because anticipating a favorite treat only to be let down by its quality is truly disappointing. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened when I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal recently. (A little side note: I usually start by eating the egg first, then savor the sausage McMuffin on its own.)Upon receiving my order, I double-checked to ensure ketchup was included for my hash brown, as I was told. However, once I reached my car, parked just a half block away, I discovered there was no ketchup. Disheartened, I proceeded to eat my egg and then took a bite of my sausage McMuffin, only to find the bread was unacceptably stale.Feeling quite disappointed, I returned to McDonald's to explain that the English muffin was as hard as cardboard. They quickly offered me another, but it was ready in just 30 seconds, hinting it was pre-made. To my dismay, this muffin was also stale, indicating it had been sitting out just like the first.Frustrated, I called the store, likely speaking to the owner, who seemed understanding and asked me to return the next day to speak with Monica for a complimentary meal. When I visited two days later, I explained my situation to Monica, who seemed less than pleased to honor the offer. Given my recent experience, I declined the Egg McMuffin meal.My usual preference at McDonald's is their breakfast, so I'm not well-versed in their hamburger menu. I inquired about options with lettuce and tomato, and Monica offered to add them to a regular hamburger. Unfortunately, this adjustment did not meet my expectations, as a standard hamburger isn't typically served with these additions, making it clear it was a cost-saving measure rather than an effort to satisfy.This experience, from the lack of freshness in my meal to the response to my feedback, leads me to give this location one star for service and one star for food.

Came in an order and I was greeted with a warm welcome. I ordered the new McDonald’s item Bacon Hot Honey McCripsy and caramel sundae. The order was quick to make but, when I tried it at work there was no bacon! I must say for forgetting the bacon the caramel sundae at this location was the best I’ve had yet with the perfect mixture of caramel. Overall the new Hot Honey McCripsy is definitely worth a try but I would’ve loved for the bacon.

It wasn't busy at lunch on a Saturday, but staff seemed undertrained and a bit confused. One woman left the counter without her food, it was taking a long time and she had a bus to catch.We enjoyed our snack, when the food was finally ready it was hot and good quality.If the staff were in training, I completely understand.
