Horrible experience, never ordering again. Didn’t get a refund and didn’t even get the food. I have ordered from McDonald’s multiple times to get this horrible service. I stayed on call for over an hour and got no response. I was told they “understand” and “respect” what I’m saying but did nothing about it. So they just lost a customer, and I will NEVER get McDonald’s again or use DoorDash again. Horrible POLICY and SERVICE, don’t recommend ordering. I was visiting Vancouver for the weekend and I just got back from a concert. Ordered McDonald’s and it wrecked my night. I wish there was an option for 0 stars…I would definitely do that.

Advertises that they are open 24 hours with a lit up sign. They are not. Employees knowingly ignored customers including myself at 3 am. I even called the number on their advertisement and it was sent right to voicemail. As a former McDonald’s employee I was very disappointed in the lack of service especially since I have friends that work graveyard shifts for other locations. Either the advertisements need to change or the staff running the graveyard shifts because they are not fulfilling their duties.

I have seen some reviews talking about the fact that it is a bad location in what comes to drugs and homelessness.. that is false information. It is on a very good location, we have been staying on an airbnb just round the corner for a month now, you would maybe see a homeless or two passing by, but it is not an issue as some have portrayed it to be, and no drugs.What did bother me though in that branch, was the fact that the place had a bad smell, and service was not great. They did not provide us with trays and counters were dirty.

We ordered one of the hamburgers but as you may see in the photo the quality of the meal was so baaaddd. They did not even put a good piece of onion! I used to have McDonald in other countries but it wasn't like this and they are so popular but I was shocked when I ordered it here in Vancouver, in one of the best locations of the city. So embarressing!
Sundae very empty with almost no topping on it . And it's to the first , second or third time. I've noticed they just don't care about.

I ordered breakfast here for my dad to go there pick it up while I was at work couldn't pick up for him. Just because I wasn't there with my phone, they didn't give the order to my dad!!! Even though it mentioned on the order receipt that "if there is a problem, show the order number" and they should give you the order.So disappointing and shame on their staff for trust issue on their customers!!!!
