I’d rate the sandwich lower, but I don’t want to ruin your score on google.I’m so disappointed. This is the second sandwich I ordered from you guys and unfortunately, both sandwiches just weren’t good… plain and simple.. and unfortunate.I ordered through door dash, first time was a Porchetta sandwich which was so fatty and oily it made my stomach queezy. This time you made me the wrong sandwich, which would have been fine, but why a place that’s called Meat and Bread put carrots and celery in their chicken sandwiches!?Overall bad tasting sandwiches. Good bread. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Perfect for when you're craving meat....and bread. The meatball sub was incredible. Each bite, delicious, saucy, messy. The spices inside the meatball were very apparent in the best way. Kale works very well.Only downside? The drink options. They were craft soda options when I would've preferred cheaper options like Coke Zero. But if that's the worst thing at a sandwich shop, it's pretty great, right?

This is a sandwich place with different options to try, and their bread is the highlight of the moment. It's rare to find a good sandwich around Metro Vancouver, so you can feel confident that you might find an option you like at Meat & Bread.I enjoy their Porcetta Sandwich with a piece of their pork skin.

The sandwiches here are the same level of excellence as at the other locations but the atmosphere isn't great when weather doesn't permit eating outdoors in the adjacent open air space.

The porchetta endures as as good as any sandwich in the city but this location is soulless. But outdoor seating FTW.
Delicious like all their locations, but this location in particular is a really nice setup. The attention to detail in the design and layout makes it a perfect lunch spot.

Another return visit for their porchetta sandwich and soup of the day which was a tomato lentil bisque. Always a solid choice on a rainy day but not as good as Roli Roti at the Ferry Building Farmers Market in San Francisco

Porchetta sandwich with crackling on a soft ciabatta roll with some mustard for $14. Nuff said. We look forward to this sandwich everytime we come back to Vancouver. We have not been able to find a comparable porchetta anywhere else. They have loyal customers for life. We got the tomato fennel soup and it was so creamy and warmed up belly and breath in this cold weather. I have never been disappointed, even when the sandwich got a tiny bit smaller than it was 2 years ago. I'll still come back. Even during the lunch rush. Maybe even tomorrow.

I had their chicken shawarma and it was DELICIOUS!! Full of flavour with pickled turnips, cilantro, salsa... Wow! The number of ingredients with all the flavour.. worth it!

I ordered a grilled sandwich and it was delicious. The atmosphere of the store was good, and there was no shortage of customers. Even though they are busy, the staff are kind and wonderful.
