When you come to Vancouver, don’t eat at Richman. This rice noodle shop is like having never been to Vancouver. The service, food is good, and cleanliness are too low to give me more than 5 stars...but it deserves 5 stars at most.

Spacious restaurant serving Chinese noodles both wet and dry. There is a small self-service sauce station where you can add condiments (vinegar, spicy oil, peppercorn oil, cilantro, green onion, soy sauce, etc) to your noodles. Texture of noodle was good and adding the extra sauces really amped up the flavourful of the broth. There was only one server when we went, but we got served our food within 15 minutes. Good amount of protein and vegetable in the noodles.

Great first impression. The spicy Sichuan noodles were excellent - the broth tasted authentic and the serving size was generous. Will definitely be back.

Everything is awesome! From taste to price from the variety and freshness of the food, this is one of my favorites places to eat Rice noodles! Extra noodles are free, but you'll be so full with the first serve that you won't need a refill.Kid-friendliness: My autistic kid is a bit loud but they are patient and friendly with him for me that's enough.Parking: 3 to 4 parking spots at the back of the restaurant.

Get the noodles if you know exactly what your getting. But if you don't get their fried chicken, and spicy beef, you won't regret it. Big portion, not too spicy, pack a punch.

Not the best, but not bad at all. Looks like the store is a franchised shop from the original in China, can't compare with the original, but better than nothing I guess.

The noodle soups are delicious, particularly the fish maw chicken rice noodle. Loaded with chicken and fish cakes etc etc. Also love the Taiwanese sausage on rice. This place is a throwback to what used to be on Main Street before it got gentrified. Bypass the vegan places and come here instead.

One of the more ghetto locations for tasty noodle soup.Parking is available behind the building (6 or so spots), as well as the side streets.Staff were friendly and helpful. The interior is mint green, and looks like it was once a Vietnamese themed restaurant. As of the time of writing, the menu for this location is noticeably limited compared to the other locations. I had a chat with the owner, and every Meetrice location has a different specialization. In other words, not every soup flavour is available at every location. Not a bad thing, but something to keep in mind. This chain specializes in unlimited noodle refills. Be sure to take full advantage. The Yun Nan sour fish noodle soup is pretty tasty. Not too sour, for those who are worried. Fish chunks were solid and decently fresh.Wouldn't mind coming back, though I'd probably choose the other locations for the larger selection.
