Great set up - I have a peaceful time eating my food and my drink while my child is enjoying the play area. The food and lattes are also delicious!Kid-friendliness: There’s a small and gated play area for children and food menu items geared towards children as well.

Recently I ordered waffles to go and had to wait a bit for my order which is totally fine but as I was waiting I had time to look around and I wish I didn’t. The floor is discustingly dirty. I can’t believe that they serve food in such a dirty facility! I don’t think it has ever been mopped. At this point mop is not enough. It needs a serious scrub. This is very sad to see because this place has the potential offering nice meals and service ppl are nice but it was a huge turn off for me. Won’t be coming back. You can do better guys.

The matcha waffles was amazing! The kids and peach waffles were a bit too sweet for my taste. Everything was made fresh and nicely presented. The kids area was a nice bonus.Parking: Limited amount of parking in the strip mall during lunchtime on weekdaysKid-friendliness: Play area
