They responded quickly to my cake inquiry and provided various options, service was great all the way through, and I was absolutely blown away with the beautiful cake they delivered! The inside of the cake was fresh and soft (unlike some others that have been premade for a few days in order to get decorated).Overall, I was extremely happy with it and would definitely order again!

We got a 8 inch birthday cake and paid about $130. The sponge cake was good on the cake but the cream was very bland. Overall, the cake had no flavour. The cake was poorly decorated and the layers were uneven. Decorations on the cake looked very cheap. For example, instead of writing happy birthday on a chocolate, paper was used with messy writing. Didn’t feel very well after eating the cake either. Been having stomach aches after eating the cake..I would expect more from a $130 cake.

Seeing a lot of reviews on this place, and I love a good dessert, I had to try it! I for sure was not disappointed though!I enjoy their style of having a small cake on top of some tea, and the good thing is that both their tea and their cake isn't that sweet at all! And the fun thing is that they have SO MANY FLAVOURS OF CAKES!! OMG!I felt extremely choice overload with the amount of teas and cake they offered as well when I was there. I feel like they had so many that I wanted to try them ALL AT ONCE, GET INTO MY MOUTH!!I am happy I chose to visit this small cafe with my friends and have a small little catch up and conversation about our lives after the pandemic. The cafe size is cute and the decorations is purely to my true gay aesthetics. yaay!Anyways, will be coming more often with more friends just to get a cake and a drink~!!

This place was pretty cool. To be honest, it's kinda gimmicky. You can get a cake with your boba in those cool cups. Each drink is about 12 bucks. The boba was ok and the cake was not bad but not the freshest, dunno how long they been in those cups. It's a small little place with a few tables and the service was really friendly. There is free parking out front on Kingsway.....

Had bad experience here only and a few in a row. 1. I opened the fridge to pick the cake but was informed rudely that only staff can do so. The fridge was by the line-up area and there was no sign stating that is a staff only zone. 2. Food is not that tasty and way overpriced. 3. We recently tried to order for takeout. 3 out of the 4 takeout links they have on Google don't work. Fantuan was the only one worked but the shop didn't respond to it thus was cancelled after 30mins. If pre-order cannot be done through any app please remove all of them on your Google profile immediately.

Such a good atmosphere and great customer service. The lady who served us was very nice and helpful. It was our first time there and she explained their opinions. They were out of few of the stuffs but they had all of the best sellers. The drink was okayish but the cheesecake was delicious. we tried tiramisu drink with same cheese cake and the green tea one ( Japanese drink) which was okayish. Luckily we went during happy hours. Happy hours start from 3 PM. Perfect location.
