God atmosphere, servers were great took a bit of time getting a menu but was early on the evening maybe they were just getting warmed up. Food was extremely tasty and well prepared, everything looked fresh. Greek salad was lacking a little salt, commercial tomatoes just don't have the flavour it needs. Only other comment would be the lamb chops, at $10 a pop minimum $20, as tasty as they were that's just not reasonable price. They were good but not $20 good for 2 small chops

Had dinner here twice so far and this place never disappoints. If you want good quality non greasy Greek food this is the spot. The calamari is to die for, lamb chops and lamb shank are delicious! Lemon potatoes are chefs kiss.

Went to Mnimes for a friend's birthday dinner a few months ago and got the Hilopites Moshari pasta. Since that dinner months ago, I have been craving that pasta almost every day and finally had the chance to go back on Thursday (February 22nd). I got the Hilopites Moshari pasta again and I think it's the best pasta I've ever had. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is cozy.

Where to begin with this place? First, the name. No one should open a resto with a name that no one can say. How do u expect word of mouth to work? The decor is suburban. The service is so off. 3! people came to talk to us before we even sat down, 2 of them asking about allergies. NEVER experienced anything like it. I said I was a vegetarian and then they asked if I was ok with dairy. If u don't know the definition of vegetarian maybe assume the person saying it does. To the food. Halloumi fries were amazing. Greek salad was trash. Unripe tomatoes, feta on the side?? And $18. Unacceptable to use crap tomatoes in a greek salad. Spanakopita was quite good but like they had pressed it under an iron. Why?? The wine list is mostly greek wines no one knows, so frustrating. Every interaction with the server was confused, like we were speaking different languages. The owner was a chef at Nammos, but that means nothing in this case, clearly. Without changes this place will not last.

Been here for both lunch & dinner. Servers were attentive and accommodating; Alice & Mateo were really amazing and outgoing. They helped us with choosing our food since we had no idea. It would have been better if there were more variety in the menu.The calamari was best paired with tzatziki but the dip from beets were good, too. The chicken soup was alright, too. We were full before the main course but it was all amazing.Ordered Calamari & Chicken Soup the Lamb Shank & Seafood Pasta (Dinner)And for lunch we had the Grilled Chicken with beans, Sausage & Cabbage Rolls for lunch. The Salad & Calamari were loved, too. And the portions were alright.Much appreciation for the complimentary Sourdough and butter (I think it’s house-made, so even better)Service could be faster (but they say if the food is good— it’s worth the wait)Ambience is alright, too.We had a great time & would def be back.

I would say this is a must try Greek Restaurant in Vancouver. Truly a notch above the rest. Lamb chops were seasoned and cooked perfectly, chicken was super flavourful and moist, and even the standard Greek salad was better than most.

I would recommend trying their Spanakopita - the best I've ever tried - lamb chop, and their Bougatsa (desert).I've never been disappointed by their ambiance either! Also Greek food is, in my opinion, underrated!My new top 1 recommandation in Vancouver!

What a phenomenal experience! The servers were so kind and professional. Everything was amazing. The calamari was the best we've had as were the moussaka and spinach rice. The incredible dessert and cappuccino completed a dinner that will bring us back many times. To top it off Chef Manos came to our table as well as others and asked us about our experience. When was the last time you experienced that in a restaurant? Thank you Chef Manos and everyone at Mnimes!!!

Came for the dine out, food was just okay. Ordered lamb kebabs and it was ground lamb, disappointing not cubes or whole pieces of lamb. Small portions, not a good value if you're hungry. Service was a bit slow as others have mentioned.
