I think this is the last Mr. Sub in the lower mainland. Run by the nicest guy, even have a vegetarian meatball sub now. Love it and will be back.

Ordered an assorted sub with extra meat on skip the dishes. Not only did I not get the extra meat, I got just salami instead of an assorted. Also the bread was very stale. Very disappointed because this place used to be good but hasn’t been for a few years now.

Old burnt bread and super salty. I grew up on Mr Sub in Ontario but this Vancouver location has really let their quality slide. Terrible food and won’t be back.

Best of the best. I'm not sure what it is about these subs, I remember them when I was alittle kid. They almost disappeared and I seen this one, still to this day they taste the same and there secret sauce is awesome. Give them a try and heated heated.Delicious and tastyWay better then subway.

Walked in there today and the guy started making my sandwich (I think he is the owner). He was putting toppings on my sandwich when I noticed a big black hair in the hot peppers. I told him about it and he did not even apologize. I completely lost my appetite and told him that I didn't want my sandwich anymore and walked out. So freaking gross!!! I will never go back there ever again. So gross!!!

Love Mr Sub and it’s sad there is only this one location west of Chilliwack. Was in Vancouver and stopped in 2 grab a couple ham subs for the wife and I. Service was great but unfortunately the bread was old and not fresh. Kind of dampened the experience.
