Do yourself a favour and just order the deep fried chicken leg with a bowl of noodle soup. The broth is clear and tasty. The noodles have a good texture and picks up the flavour of the soup. The chicken is cooked perfectly with tender juicy meat with crispy skin where the flavour is pumped up with the side of chilli fish sauce for dipping. Good sized portion too!

I've passed by this place for years but only came in yesterday. I should have come sooner what with all the laudatory posts on social media from academics and critics alike about this place. I ordered pho, and the person I was with had the shrimp salad roll and spring roll. All were brought out efficiently, even too quickly after ordering but all the items we had were fresh, well presented and flavourful. The pho looks basic enough but the layers in the flavour come through in the care taken to prepare, the time taken to prepare the broth but as well in the freshness of the noodles, meat and the crisp vegetables that accompany the soup. The place is also bigger than the frontage suggests. The bill came to just over $29 and it was well worth it.
