Most times I'm in the service goes with the name: It's New York style, meaning it's quick, efficient, and while it isn't friendly, it's professional, which I can totally appreciate.The pizza is always excellent. This review is in no way a criticism of the food. I go in with an expectation and it is always met on the food front. Generally speaking, I would say that's the case with the service.The other day the service was slow and dismissive. When there are four people behind the counter and I am the only customer in the place and none of them can be bothered to ask me what want, nevermind a hello. Only one of them appeared to be actively doing anything (making a pizza) the others retreated to the back. When I told the guy making the pizza that I wanted to order, he said I would have to wait for one of the other guys and then just proceeded to make the pizza, not even bothering to call one of them out to help me. After about 5 minutes I just walked out the door.

This is some of the worst pizza I’ve had in a really long time. I am literally in shock reading all these good reviews... it was SO SO SO BAD! Crust was bad, sauce was bad, the entire thing tasted wildly bland like they’ve never heard of salt.Are these other reviews fake? We LOVE pizza in our house and didn’t even save these leftovers cause it was so bad.To top it all off, this place does not do anything to seal their boxes for delivery people. It’s not the restaurant’s fault my Uber eats driver left my pizza out in the street cause he was lazy, but them sealing it with a sticker like basically everyone else does seems like common sense.Long story short just don’t order from here. We eat pizza often and this was not it. All you “New Yorkers” in these reviews have got to be lying or delusional
