Nemesis has the best croissants I've tried in the lower mainland! Their creative flavour combinations, along with consistently high quality, have always impressed me. Also notable are their drinks - they are so special, and I'm still thinking about their hojicha maple latte from a while back. Their service is top-notch: my last visit was during a high-traffic time of day (and week). While we were in line, we were served water, and never felt forgotten, as they made sure to check up on us from time to time. The space at this location is lovely, with high ceilings and great vibes. A great place to catch up with friends!

My boyfriend and I came here on a Thursday morning and it was super crowded and a decent line! It was really spacious inside and had a lot of seating but every seat was basically taken! The staff were really nice and attentive. We've been wanting to try this place because the architecture was so pretty and the drinks and pastries looked delicious! We got the seasonal drinks which were the matcha ube mango latte and one with turmeric and spices as well as the tropical cruffin. They were all reasonably priced which was great. The matcha ube mango latte was pretty tasty, but there were a little too many flavors going on. My favorite was the latte with turmeric and spices! It tasted like a chai latte but with even more spices and the turmeric added even more flavor to it which was tasty! The cruffin was actually really delicious! The mango cream filling was refreshing and not too sweet and it paired well with the crispy exterior of the cruffin. Overall, would definitely visit this cafe again and definitely one of my top cafes!

Decided to come to this location for the beautiful interior and wasn't disappointed! We arrived around 11am on a Thursday and almost all the seats inside were taken. We ordered the seasonal Ube Matcha Latte and another drink that had tumeric in it (i forgot the name :( ). We also ordered the Tropical (mango) Cruffin. Both the drinks tasted great and unique. My girlfriend I liked cruffin and the mango filling was yummy. The service is great and all the workers are nice. Definitely worth checking out!

First & only visit here, unfortunately. The outside of this establishment is beautiful and unique however, the drinks and service were not as appealing. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem paying more for food/drinks but it would be nice if the taste and quality match the price and the staff are welcoming. In my opinion, customer service, presentation, & quality of product is everything.

I love checking out local coffee shops and this place is quite popular for good reason! There was a short line-up and a beautiful case of tasty looking baked goods for us to choose from when we visited on a weekday afternoon. The staff was friendly and nice, and they accommodated our preference to be seated nearby the windowed areas. The interior with the flowing mushroom gills fabric on the ceiling and light birch wood dining areas are so creative and stunning! It's such a cool cafe. We ordered a pourover coffee ($5.50), a latte ($5.60), a tiramisu croissant ($7.50) and a breakfast croissant sandwich (around $12). The drinks were lovely and coffee was roasted well with a nice depth of flavour. The croissant sandwich was so tasty with a slight crunch on the outside wrapped around a soft and savoury bite on the inside. I did a quick check and the menu now has milk bread instead of a croissant with their sandwiches - dang! The tiramisu croissant looked sooo pretty and had a great coffee flavour. The texture was a little disappointing though since it was more dense and chewy rather than light and flakey. Still enjoyed it though! Overall, a happy coffee shop experience!!

It's a cool-looking cafe, which can also be said to be a brunch restaurant. Many nearby residents come to dine. It's right in front of Emily University (could it be designed by the students there)? The cakes and bread are very soft and don't feel greasy!! The drinks are great, and it's great to sit outside and enjoy them when the sun is shining. Be aware that there are a lot of people, but usually someone will be willing to leave after waiting for 5-10 minutes, so don't worry about not being able to find a seat.Parking: There is street parking nearby, which may be free depending on the time of day.

I was actually disappointed with my experience here, which was surprising given the hype around it. My partner and I went to work there one day, and the tables were left unclean, we had to clean a table ourself in order to sit there. There’s no wifi available. And we spent almost $60!!! On 2 small pastries, 2 SMALL coffees, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Not to mention what we paid for parking… all to be kicked out of the place because we spent “too long” there. They have a cap on the time you can use their tables which is only 90 minutes. Which… after how much we paid to be there was atrocious. We won’t be back.

Amazing ambiance. The decoration of this place is beautiful. The staff and amazing cafe eats is such a vibe. I would go here more often just for the vibes. I haven't gotten their coffee yet but im sure it's great! The sandwiches they offer are great and are easily customizable. Would come back!

I love the vibe here: nice building and cozy atmosphere. The matcha latte is pretty good. I’m not a big fan of coffee, but their latte is also okay — mild and smooth. The best thing about this place for me is the service. Despite many people waiting for seats, we don’t need to snatch or rush to an empty table like at other cafes. The staff organizes it well. And there is a time limit of 90 minutes, which I like.

I recently visited Nemesis coffee and tried their cappuccino with a tiramisu croissant. The croissant was delightful, boasting a fresh and flaky texture that left me craving for more. However, I was slightly disappointed by the limited variety available.

My favourite cafe in Vancouver right now. Beautiful space with incredible coffee, pastries, and savory items. The pear tart and mortadella sandwich are must haves for me. Nemesis from top to down is an excellent experience.

@nemesis.coffee has such a good collection of treats, brunch items and drinks. The Vancouver location is so cute but it does have limited seating so go early! They have a very efficient system to serve customers and get the tables ready for the next groups so don’t worry too much if you don’t see a spot right away. The brunch items may not look big but they were actually so flavourful and filling that it was a very satisfying experience. Good service and nice vibe in there too!I’ll definitely want to go back for their pastries next time! Tiramisu croissant sounds amazing!!
