Excellent food, terrific service. Other than being a little tight at times a great date spot. Thanks everyone.

Great service, but the food itself is very mediocre and not worth the price.

Way overpriced!! I asked for a glass of house red and was charged $13. The pizza was good... but payed an extra $5 for a few Anchovies.. just on one side! $31 dollars for a small veggie pizza. What a gouge!Though the food was tasty... the server was not.Probably the least friendly Aussie I've ever met.The best thing was the music...they have great playlists.Unfortunately not worth it. You tell me...$70.35 plus tip, for a beer, a house wine, a half kale salad and one 12 in. veggie pizza w a few very expensive anchovies lightly sprinkled on one side. Won't be going back.

Food was okay although there are many better Italian restaurants in the city. Service was terrible. There was a blonde woman serving our table and it was some of the slowest service I’ve ever had in an almost empty restaurant. We were laughing as we tried time and time again to get her attention or make eye contact and she just ignored us. Would not recommend. There are two better Italian restaurants less than a 2 minute walk away.

Arrive early! They opened at 5pm when we went and it filled up in no time. It’s quite small so it has a good charm to it. They have a nice bar style seating as well. With the fire from the pizza oven, the warmth of the place contributes to the ambiance. The food is excellent and the portions are generous as well. The pizza has a good crust and the ingredients are of good quality. The same goes for pasta. Excellent quality. The staff is nice and not pushy but they are busy bees.

The Nook in the Denman is the best. The quality of food, customer service is adorable. There is a lady there who her name is Linda ; she knows her job so good. I’m glad to live close by and have chance to go there often!

Went to the West End location. Food was incredible, though very expensive. Ordered a pizza, pasta, cider and cocktail. The bill came out to $93.The place is quite small. Seats about 20-30 people. Got seated and had to wait 30minutes for someone to take our drink order. Ordered our food and drinks. The other person I was with got their food 15minutes before me. The food was to die for though. Incredibly delicious, big portions. After we ate and got our plates taken away and got the bill we had to wait another 30minutes to pay the bill. Over all loved the food but the service was lacking.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, we had pasta and pizza and both were delicious. Good Neapolitan style pizzas. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture until it was halfway gone ?

I recently visited your west end location. the Margherita pizza was delightful, the gnocchi was bit salty for my taste.Unfortunately, my visit was overshadowed by a negative encounter with a waitress named Clair. Her loud and rude behavior created a unpleasant atmosphere. On a positive note, the female bartender was friendly and nice and male waiter was nice.I brought a small snack with me per my doctor's advice, and when Clair insisted I discard it without a trash can in sight, I chose to consume it as there was only a bite left and to avoid unnecessary waste to the environment. Regrettably, this led to an uncomfortable situation as she shouted and humiliated me in-front of many people.Despite our ordered food not yet arriving, the disappointment had already set in, leaving me embarrassed in front of my friend who traveled from Australia.I suggest including proper training, to enhance the overall customer experience. The Kitsilano and Shipyards locations have set a standard for a better atmosphere and service.

We ordered cacio e pepe and rigatoni boscaiola. The boscaiola was a little tangy, super creamy, rich, and delicious. I picked it because our server suggested it, and I’m really happy that I tried it. I give it a 4/5Cacio e pepe, on the other hand, was not my favourite. Honestly, I have made better ones at home. I give it a 2/5The service was also great. The servers were kind and fast. They took a really good care of us by explaining all the items of the menu one by one.One more comment on the prices: I feel the prices are a bit (around 25-30%) higher than they should be. For me, it wasn’t a 30$ experience.

We had a lovely time at this restaurant, the staff makes you feel like your family. Claire and Phil took great care of us. The food is amazing as well. We will definitely be back when we're in Vancouver.
