I’ve grabbed a couple of pizzas for takeout from here - there’s an in-person special you can order for $12 that includes a personal sized pizza (up to 6 toppings) and drink. Space is clean and well maintained.Pizza is fast and decent for the price. The guy who works there is so nice and patient with my overly excited kid. Panago usually use quality ingredients and they cater to relatively milder taste. For 5 years I enjoy their pizzas. But this experience was so horrible I suspect this joint has been taken over by psychopaths- the amount of spice they threw in our pizzas - both Mediterranean and Hawaiian was absolutely nonsensical. The crust was hard and there was nothing to redeem the junk they served. None of us could finish despite our hunger after a day of hiking.

That is supposed to be the Deluxe (pepperoni) with extra pepperoni. My friend order from that place and ask for a extra pepperoni and got the same thing. Will never order from that place again

Even though the food is good enough, the service was not at all. The lady serving me was very rude and was convinced that “sauce and cheese are a topping”???. I don’t know if that’s a store policy but if it is, then that’s insane. Would recommend the pizza but don’t go with too high expectations

Aweful pizza from Tyne street location. Absolutely dry pizza and no sauce. I was fasting and was excited to have pizza. I ordered pesto, no pesto found in pizza and it was edge burnt and over all sauce less piece of dry bread. I wish I could rate 0 .

Likely encountered that same older lady referenced in the 2019 review. Prepaid for the pizza online, and when I came to pick it up, she asked how I'd like to pay for it (while clearly looking at my invoice which showed it was already paid for). Could've been an honest mistake, but I got a disingenuous vibe from her. Anyway, this was the worst pizza I've ever had. Would've been more satisfied eating a few Pizza Pops, sadly (and by significant margin). Barely any cheese or meat on the pizza; I could only taste tomato sauce, bread and green pepper. If you're gonna charge over $22 for a single pie, there should be toppings on it.

The pizza is terrible and the customer service is terrible. They brought us the wrong order and I paid for it before I realized and what I paid was more than what my order was worth. It took a long time plus multiple calls to customer service to try to get any of my money back.
