was introduced to panago last week. had one of the best freaking pizza’s OF MY LIFE. the steak taqueria. i called them today to order one because i haven’t been able to shut up about it since having it last week, and i find out THEY DISCONTINUED IT - “YESTERDAY” — i was instantly filled with … mad… like this was so disappointing that i just can’t eat here anymore. i know it’s wild but, i’m like mad mad. never had pizza like that before, and i guess i won’t ever again either. such a bad choice to remove it from the menu. like…

Had a New York Deli 12", perfect for 2 people. Pizza is super tasty, our favorite was from Papa Jones, but this one I like better, mostly because of thin crust.

After phoning 2 times to add 2 salads with a Classic Pizza and picking it up myself, i had to wait 20 minutes as the 3 Indo Canadians didn't have anything ready when I was told 30 minutes earlier on the phone it would be ready in 15 minutes, but it wasn't and there were no other customers there.Nine of them wore gloves and used their bare hands to put together the pizza and salads from plastic bags that they pulled out without any concern or food safe hygiene as COVID is still hereThen, to make things worse, the 50 + year old male wasted 15 more minutes of my time re calculating the salads and pizza seperately 5x as I had requested seperate bills and then he charged $56 for a $27 pizza that had next to nothing on but onions and a few olives in it, with barely any meat or cheese and the salads were $7 + $8 totalling $45 with the 2 small dressings for $1.59 each you've lost my business forever Pana_GONE!

Always had good experiences at this location, pizza always as ordered and right on time, no issues. It's a 5 minute turnaround if there's nothing in the que. The lunch special currently running (for a long time now, is it semi-permanent?) is great. The staff working there (an older couple I think) not the most attentive or experience-focused, but I'm not there to shmooze, and they're polite and friendly. I always feel I get my money's worth when I go there.
I ordered 5 large pizzas ahead of a group event downtown. The pizzas arrived hot and fresh, and arrived right on time. I love their selection, and their regular crust pizzas have just the right balance of sauce, toppings and cheese. (Always enough tomato sauce which is important for me).

Great ‘za, always hot, and it’s always delivered on time from their nice drivers. Occasionally a dip or beverage is forgotten, but those are small issues in my books.Now if the checkout screen would select a a recommended tip so I don’t accidentally checkout without tipping that would be great! I sometimes check out so quickly because I’m hungry and miss tipping.
