I used to be a big fun of this place but today I noticed that they decreased the amount of fruits for shaved ice. This is what I got today. As you can see, It’s very different from the pictures on google map. Moreover, this is the one after I asked them to add more source and fresh strawberries on top. When I got it for the first time, there’s no fresh strawberries on top. Just around 2 tablespoons of source and mochi were on top ;( very disappointed… my favorite place is gone ;( sad

Cute cozy place with yummy shaved milk. I like how the toppings change from time to time, it’s fun.The tables should be cleaned more though. Also the women’s washroom does not have paper towel but the men’s washroom does????? Lol

I came here with a friend to try their shaved ice! I don't think they have the toasts on their menu anymore (although the person who took our order mentioned they were out of stock of a few things, so maybe that was one of the things that was greyed out on the menu) - it was just shaved ice, cake slices, and drinks. The menu as it is still offers lots of options.I was sorely tempted by the beautiful carrot cake in the display, but I had my heart set on shaved ice, so I got the injeolmi snow and an americano to offset the cold dessert in the cold weather. The shaved ice was very creamy, and I enjoyed the nutty flavour of the liberal dusting of soybean powder and red beans with the chewy mochi. There was one big mochi ball on top but I was surprised by how many smaller mochi pieces were mixed in. They definitely did not skimp on toppings for either my shaved ice or for my friend who got the mango snow. My americano actually exceeded my expectations, it was pretty strong and had a rich flavour.Order at the counter and they'll call out your order when it's ready for you to pick up. The person working the front was very nice and gave my friend recommendations. The ambiance is nothing fancy but we found it very comfortable and relaxed.

The food is good, but unfortunately my friends and I had a terrible experience. We ordered a large mango bongo. After about 15 minutes of waiting we go up to get our tray when the worker calls our name and there was 1 large and 1 small mango bongo. We didn’t realize there was a mistake since it was our tray. We start to eat our food and about 25 minutes later a worker comes up to us. She very rudely says you ordered 1 why are you eating it (the other one) we are extremely confused and ask for her to explain. She says I took your order and you only ordered 1 and the girl got tables mixed up, as well as continuing to aggressively ask why we ate it. We said we assumed it was our order and that’s why we ate it. We offered to pay for it which she just replied ok and then left us. We did pay for it at the counter. This attitude was extremely unnecessary since it was a staff mistake and it was a disrespectful way to treat customers who weren’t being rude, and were just confused. Not to mention it was very odd that she was pressuring us to pay when it wasn't our fault they made a mistake.EDIT: Response to owner, I apologize for any confusion as this event happened in the summer of 2022. I made an edit to the review to change a grammar error and did not realize it brought my review to have a new date, though I assure that it did happen, but it was a while ago. It was an old issue and I understand that since it was so long ago, there may have been change in staff, better service, etc. So take my review with the assumption it may not reflect the current service of this establishment.

What a cozy spot! Perfect for enjoying coffee or tea time with homemade baked desserts. Plus, they've recently introduced Croffles, freshly baked daily! I believe it's an ideal pairing with bingsoo and croffle! ? ???☕️??
10 dollars for a pressed croissant ? Srsly, I’d rather go to Tim’s for not even half this price. Drinks were also overpriced and caramel latte didn’t taste like caramel at all. Better just stay at home where at least you got some warm lighting and better playlist ?
I dropped by this place with my girlfriend and a friend of mine. We had two cups of bingsoo. My girlfriend and I had Matcha Bingsoo, and my friend got Strawberry one. I can say they are nice and tasty. Regular size is decent for one person and Large size for two!

Very nice cafe at a convenient location with easy parking (Free too!). I loved the injeolmi bingsoo and tiramisu cake. Very nice atmosphere, lots of tables, and friendly staff. Will definetely visit again ?

Great place to get bingsoo! It's a bit on the pricey side for shaved ice, but it's worth treating yourself once in a while. The mango was recommended, so we had this one. I really thought it was one of the best korean shaved ice I have ever had and would love to go for this again, trying other flavors.The service is quick and efficient. The staff was helpful with giving an idea of the portion sizes. I only wish that tiramisu came in a smaller size. The decor is cute and cozy. I'd come back to try more flavors.
