After a walk around Stanley Park we went here for a bite. It's nice that they had a vegan option which is the vegetable medley as long as you have it without the gravy but you can top it off with peas. They also have a berry pie if opting for dessert or a vegan sweet pie.

Although this place has only two vegan options to offer, one savory and one sweet, I was satisfied. Delicious pies.Vegetarian options: Mixed berry pie is worth trying

Great spot for what I thought would be a “taste from home”, however … when I’m paying $15.75 for a pie the mashed potatoes better be actual mashed potatoes. These were, (confirmed by owner) and definitely tasted like, potato flakes rehydrated. Disappointing that at these prices, they can’t use real potatoes. The mashed peas also lacked seasoning. The pie however was good, flavorful, but overpriced in my opinion. I would skip this spot in lieu of NZ hoki fish’n’chips at Moose’s Down Underz
The food was decent, good service, long tables to sit, free WiFi, credit cards accepted. The mixed berry pie was not overly sweet, tasted okay.

Small shop with a good amount of seating! Krystall helped my indecisive group of 5 as it was their first time. I opted for the peaked traditional aussie pie and it was just as good as I remembered! Super filling and was only able to eat half. Make sure to order your pie "peaked" which includes mashed potatoes, peas, and gravy. Pies came out relatively fast and was a great snack before exploring Vancouver.

I didn't know the concept of an Australian bakery now I wish I could have this everyday. Those pies are the best comfort food ever and it's cheap + nice filter coffee!
