I honestly don't know why this place got low rating. This is one of the best pho place I've ever been to. The place was clean, have clean bathroom, and have friendly owner. They accept cash & cards.When I went there, the owner gave us free drinks and spring rolls because we were students (we didn't even ask for lol). The drinks were lemon tea and it was very delicious.They have regular and large size for the soup (1 dollar difference). For personal, I don't recommend the large portion because for me, it was too big, unless you're sharing with other person.5 stars. Will go back again for sure.

Awful restaurant. Noodles were not cooked. Service was terrible. Did not see the waitress once after our food was put on the table. When I asked for a to go container she took my soup to the back (which was sketchy) and then she only gave me half the soup I paid for. Not worth $17.50. When I went to pay she added some random charge, probably for the tiny to go container. Sigh.Will not go back.

I've read some of the reviews here, instead of criticizing a small business. Let's highlights those who've persevered post-pandemic. Despite the ongoing construction in front of the establishment, kudos to them for staying open. I've been a loyal customer for years, the food is consistently excellent, the staffs are hard workers, whether it's the lady or gentleman, they do it all. Show some love for your local restaurants!

Late night pho led me to this small spot in downtown Vancouver. Their delicious pho options exceeded expectations. The cozy ambiance paired with the late opening hours makes it a go-to spot for a satisfying and flavorful bowl of pho after a night out. Highly recommended for pho! Also, the guy in the blonde hair is the most chilled server ever!

Great place for quick pho at a reasonable price. One of my favourite dish here is their Crispy Noodles with beef. It's my go to meal every time when I can't decide. My kids love their beef ball pho and avocado shake. Very convenient stop and plenty of free parking down the block.

We eat here two or three times a year. Friendly service affordable food, quiet atmosphere with a couple Televisions. Prices have gone up over the last year but still get a good meal for $20.Cash only so make sure you have cash.Parking on street can be expensive if you find it.
