We've been going to this place for years and it's been fantasticLast time we were there the waitress was really kind and very sweetTheir iced coffees with condensed milk are fantastic as usualWe ordered their short rib PHOIt was way smaller than usual and it's $20 I would expect a little bit more the broth was very blandWe also ordered a rice rapBits of pork and mushroom in it that was a 10 out of 10We ordered a pork chop with lemongrass and a fried rollIs pork chop came a little tiny bits it wasn't very goodWe had a salad roll with pork and prawns that was deliciousNormally this place is a 9 out of 10 for food this time it was not as good very blind I hope that they did not change ownersMaybe a couple of unusual items on the menu to be added or maybe a special or 2 Fourpeople who have been coming there for years and yearsI'm glad they're still around and they're still are my most favorite PHO restaurant in town

Pls educate your staff about the etiquette for tipping. I always gladly tip but it is not mandatory nor you say how much. Im not even going to give a review about the food, the whole experience ruined it for me.The customary way of tipping is based on the level of service provided and quality of food. I've lived in B.C for 40yrs and have eaten in hundreds of restaurants all over. I know what tipping is.

Came here for takeout a couple of weeks ago. My husband has a mold sensitivity so he couldn’t even come in the building without getting affected by the mustiness. The back of the restaurant is falling apart, which was a sign of an old building. He decided to get takeout elsewhere. We saw a big bag of bean sprouts on the ground they were serving from. We had just moved in the area so I wanted to try it despite the warning signs. I had fond memories going there as a kid when the name was Pho Van. Never again… the broth was not hot enough after walking home within 4 mins so I had to recook it with very bloody raw meat. I was spitting out rotting bean sprouts and couldn’t even finish the broth which had a centimetre of grease floating at the top.

We love this off the beaten track Vietnamese restaurant. My wife and both had #13 Pho Ga Large which comes with a generous side of BBQ chicken. Great value and great chicken broth and my wife had a 25 fried roll and I had a 27 salad roll with chicken. Both tasty and yummy. Our friends had other dishes. Service is always friendly, helpful and attentive.

I'm eating here right now while writing the review. The beef rib with noodles is perfectly done. The lemongrass chicken on rice is also a must have. The beef in the special noodle is a bit rough, still good.If the lights were brighter, I wouldn't be falling asleep here. Other than that, I will come back again next week.

Pretty authentic pho. Price is the norm and taste good. A little heavy on MSG so prepare to clinch lots of water after. Service could have some improvement. The restaurant was pretty quite but the server was just staying at the counter.

Pho Long in Vancouver, BC, has been my go-to spot since high school, serving up some real nostalgia with every bite. Now, let me spill the tea on their BBQ Lemongrass - it's legit the bomb, hands down the best I've had in the game. The BBQ Lemongrass chicken here is always crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside - a perfect flavor symphony that keeps me coming back for more. What's wicked about Pho Long is that I'm vibing with everything on the menu. From slurping down their pho to crushing on their stir-fries, every dish is on point with flavors that hit differently. The joint is always buzzing, and it ain't hard to see why - the food here is straight-up addictive. Plus, major props to the hardworking servers, hustling in a busy restaurant to make sure everyone's dining experience is top-notch. And let's talk portion sizes - they're no joke. Pho Long hooks you up with big servings that won't break the bank, making it not just a spot, but a whole vibe. Whether it's the throwback to high school days, the mouthwatering aroma at the door, or the budget-friendly generous portions, this place is etched in my foodie journey, keeping me coming back for more.

Thanks to Yelp reminders - I shall finish the draft review for this pho dining experience. #Vietnamesedripcoffee #promptservice #freeparking I like Pho places that serve Vietnamese drip coffee with the silver drip filter. And this Pho place stays on my list because they still serve drip coffee using drip filters. Note: Not all Pho places offer the drip coffee experience anymore. Ordered #11 Pho Xuon Bo on the menu. And as my picture depicts, it's one huge beef rib. Broth was flavorful but I may try something diff next time since I couldn't finish the huge rib and this dish didn't come with the rare beef slices as advertised in menu photo. And I personally prefer rare beef slices or beef tendon with my Pho noodles. Service was decent and prompt - the lady filled our teas and took our order as soon as we arrived. Ambiance resembles traditional Pho places but seems more spacious than most. Also it looked like they have a Karaoke system so maybe they offer karaoke singing and could be a good choice for large group too. Cash only and they charge for takeout containers. There's street park available and free parking is always a bonus in Vancouver :)

80's inspired Vietnamese with my favourite little koi fishes to say hello to when you walk through the door. The food is very good honestly I wouldn't complain about anything as this is my favourite place to visit but they do not give you any napkins. And when you do ask for napkins they only give you one thin one it's very confusing and frustrating as I always have to ask. It does a cash-only but that's not true they do have debit and credit. I always have a good time here but yes ask for napkin's ahead of time.
