this is the worst pizza hut. pizzas are terrible, over cooked, bad coverage of toppings, taste horrible.

Ok store...to be fair no pizza hut offers to their customers as much as they charge. Food quality and service .. none is worth paying whatever you'd spend here.
This place is a joke. I honestly want to address this to the manager.Firstly, your staff stays in the kitchen and wouldn’t even come out after calling numerous times and when they come out they are super mad because they had to walk down to the counter. They will yell at you for no reason and be the rudest.Dear store manager, pleaae hire some quality people with at least decent manners.

I ordered a gluten free pizza here. It sucked. Super thin crust, only 9 inches (bruh celiacs need to eat too), more crust than toppings--like 2 inches of crust exposed--and overcooked. I went back to ask them to redo it pretty nicely and the guy at the counter was annoyingly condescending about it. "This is just what GF pizzas are like here." Duly noted!They did make me another pizza which was better the second time but still meh. Photo attached is of v2.Don't come here unless u want to pay $17 for a sad za.Dietary restrictions: Had GF crust but it sucked

Was craving for pizza hut pizzas for a while got the craving met at this location with grilled chicken arrabiata which was the spiciest in the menu but didn't even tingle the tongue even a bit but the pizza was overall good.

I called the store’s phone number at 10:08pm on Wednesday evening, July 5th, 2023. The call centre person answered and she said this location was showing as ‘closed’ on their end. I was near the store and decided to drive there anyways, because on Google it showed they were OPEN until 11pm. I entered the store and there was no one behind the counter. I waited for 10 FULL minutes UNTILL a worker came out, DESPITE ringing the counter bell multiple times and shouting Hello! a few times, throughout the 10 minutes I was standing there.WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE OF A BUSINESS THIS IS!Call Centre shows the store is closed when in fact they’re open?!? The incompetence here is just UNREAL.ZERO STARS!!!

Surprisingly, one of the better Pizza Hut locations in the city. No disrespect but all the other ones close by are borderline acceptable at best. So this one is a jewel....keep up the good work!!

Tbh i don't feel like giving 1 star the fries were so oily and soggy and smelled and the pizza was oily too absolutely hated everything

The workers here are always rude, even when they screw up the order they try and blame you. The Pizza always lacks proper toppings and pro tip- don't ever bother ordering extra cheese cause you won't get it. It's a shame this location has gone so downhill. Also you shouldn't allow your employees to take breaks with customers there or at the very least to be respectful and quiet. There was two male employees drinking tea having a very loud and intrusive conversation next to me as if I didn't exist and I wanted to eat in the restaurant but was unable too because it was so disruptive. I felt like I was in their living room. Very strange location.
Tried to order one of their promo deals. The cashier seemed to have never heard of the promo despite it being on their wall inside. After she talked to the kitchen she then told us that they are completely out of dough so don't have anymore pizza. There were 3 drivers there picking up online orders so I guess they had dough for them but not us. I wouldn't be surprised if they were just lying about being out of dough so they wouldn't have to serve us, as they are apparently supposed to be open for another 3 hours still. Pretty bizarre for a PIZZA hut to be completely out of pizza.

I used to work at a pizza place so I know this, it's takes them literally 20 minutes to make some breaksticks which I could've made them within 5 mins. Absolutely ridiculous, do not recommend.

I've always had pizza huts back when people talk poorly about it. The last string was when I went to place an order and it said it's $6.99 for delivery. That's disguisting and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves....
