It was actually an online order for my lunch and to pick up on my lunch break...then ended up eating there because the place is so cozy and I was attracted just to stay and finish my lunch there. It was a great change of environment for my lunch break?

I come here often and generally think its 5 stars. But last time I came, one of the servers coughed into her ungloved hand and then started making my bowl, still ungloved. I thought maybe it’s a one time thing so I let her continue and paid. As I was starting to eat I see her cough multiple times onto the open containers of poke while making other people’s bowls. I ended up throwing out my food and got lunch elsewhere. It was strange because the other server was gloved the whole time, despite her not seeming to be sick. Really hope there will be proper hygiene training cause I enjoy this restaurant a lot.

The place looks nice and spacious.I bought and ate the salmon bowl, then I had diarrhea in the afternoon. I am not sure about the cleanliness level of the food. Usually, I don’t have this issue after eating a salad.

The staff that work here do not know how to operate the alarm system. It is loud and is triggered in the mornings often. This morning at 4AM and didn’t stop for 15 minutes. On the weekends it’s often triggered at 11AM.Edit: 5 months later and nothing has been done. This business does not care to be a positive part of the community. Instead they choose to terrorize their neighbors with an extremely loud and obnoxious alarm that is constantly going off between 10PM and 5AM, multiple times a night, sometimes in durations in excess of an hour. The food here is mediocre at best. They keep expanding their menu and the quality keeps getting worse. Westcoast Poke nearby is much better.

Delicious poke and very friendly and helpful staff. If you bring your own clean bowl they will give you 10% off which I really like because it reduces waste, but make sure you bring a big bowl because their portions are large. Would definitely return and try one of the poke burritos. The wasabi basil sauce is a must try.

I usually get poke bowls from here which are decent. I've tried the daily special pokerrito twice now and have been pretty disappointed (you get what you pay for?). I watched the two customers in front of me order made-to-order burritos which were barely able to close they were so huge. I then ordered the daily special pokerrito and they pulled out a takeout box from the cooler, which I opened to find a tiny lil guy. The pokerrito itself was pretty small, about the same size as a sushi house roll. They were wrapped in such an impossible-to-eat way, with super stiff paper that was a mess to peel away/unwrap. Without the structural integrity of the paper, it completely fell apart. There were also paper shreds cut into the food from being sliced in half. The eating experience alone was enough to make me never want to order it again, no matter how reasonable the price was. Ignore their name and stick to the bowls!!

I don’t usually write a review unless it’z really bad.I Ordered aburi bowl which was claimed best seller by the employee working there, it was half empty and they charged 20$ for that, way too much. Would not recommend. Even the fish felt like old and not fresh, hope not getting and stomach related issue. Service is ok ok.
