I ordered fries from them in the morning. It’s so bad and old fries. They pretend to wait to show me that new fries will coming and on the opposite they give me old fries. I always visit here because my college is near. The manager was laughing with cashiers. I ask for ketchup they give me 1 packet. Fries are like bundle and stick to each other. There was not busy but still employees were busy talking and unnecessary laughing.I will definitely prefer to visit McDonald which is just few steps away.

Arrived there around 9PM to order takeout the food was really good the store is new and clean and the food tastes really good. This was my first ever Popeyes order and I ordered from this store again the next day for lunch.

Convenient location right beside a lot of downtown venues.Been a regular patron of Popeyes and I have frequented this place a lot since I live nearby. The service is always lacking during the evening time. The wait time is always longer than usual and order items were missed.I have contacted the head office and no resolution on that either.

The ambience and the service of this fast food place is great, in fact best amongst its peers. The staff is well trained, professional, well spoken and courteous. The place is super clean!The food although is exact opposite. Extremely salted sandwich with the size of chicken Pattie, just half of the burger. The biscuits were tasteless on the other side, and too dry. The Cajun gravy sauce was no better, a ketchup would’ve been better but we don’t get it here.Overall not a returning brand for me. Thumbs down.

I thought KFC was great, then I tried Jollibee, and that was one notch better than KFC, and I just tried Popeyes and boy, was it ever delicious...You have to try it to believe what I am talking about and make sure to get their Cajun fries + various dips...Forget KFC and Jollibee...This is better !
