I love this place so much!!! The service is great, the prices are amazing and the drinks are always delicious! I love getting they’re green teas and fresh fruit slushes. They have a great variety of food, drinks, and other great desserts! And the lady who commonly works there is kind and always gets my order correct! ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGMy favourite boba place ever. Cheap but very good quality and use grass feed cows milk. And has a verity of amazing foods,drinks and other desserts. Service is a solid 10/10. As a regular, the woman who commonly works there is kind, and often knows my ideal order. It warms my heart that this is my a family ran business and unlike other places I choose to spend my money the money I spend there is never regretted.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Today is really hot so I really crave for a shaved Ice. I googled and found this place. I lined up for 30 minutes at the shop and they told me they DON’T have shaved ice!!! But they have shaved ice on their menu and it’s the first picture on google. What a joke!!! Such a waste of time. Have to look for another place for shaved ice?

Hours on Google incorrect. Owners, please update the hours.Hours are not posted at the store either. I think they just close up whenever they want, which is inconvenient for people who drive out to visit.Great bubble though, which is why I drive out. Will change rating if hours are updated.
Good milk tea! We stopped by after eating kbbq upstairs, and got two hot drinks and one cold, both had strong tea flavors for a great price, will come back again! :)

Very nice bubble tea for the area. Significantly better than surrounding franchises. Would recommend to reduce sugar levels to at least half when ordering their milk teas.They seem to use fresh fruits and their drinks taste fresh, and their pearls have a pleasant chew that's isn't too soft or firm.

It's okay if you are hungry and looking for something that's not expensive to fill yourself up. Otherwise I would not recommend it if you are looking for something delicious and of high quality. I ordered green milk with 30% sugar, and it tasted like they took the original green milk tea and just added 70% water to it. It's only very mildly sweet as it supposed to be but even the taste of the tea is very faint.I also orders wonton noodle soup. The portion is reasonable but the soup base is very watered down. They added some braised pork in it (which did not appear well marinated but actually tasted not bad*), but the soup otherwise tasted like salt water. The noodle was okay and the wonton was okay.*I did not try their braised pork rice but I wonder if it actually would've been a better dish to order.Overall 3 stars because the price is very good but everything tasted watered down. Good for filling up when you are hungry but will not meet expectations if you are looking for something tasty.
