First time having cheese katsu and won’t be my last! They have unlimited miso soup, rice and salad. The salad dressing was amazing.

The service is very good. Food is good as well. Their food is almost the same as the Katsu San in Richmond. But the katsu chicken tastes quite different than the Katsu San. Worth trying.

An excellent Katsu restaurant that falls just behind Katsu-san in my rankings. The ambiance is a little basic. The restaurant is clean and there is a theme, but it's quite plain and nothing really sticks out. For the prices they charge, I expected a little more.Service was good! The staff were attentive, but I had some difficulty understanding some of the servers and would have liked for them to speak up a little more. They did cater to my requests and answered my questions in a satisfactory way.The food was delicious! I ordered a chicken Katsu set and was treated to a large portion of Katsu, with a good amount soup, salad, and rice on the side. They even offer free refills on the soup, salad, and rice, but I didn't have a large enough appetite to take advantage of that. The flavours were amazing and I really like the Katsu sauce. The prices were a bit expensive, but it's worth it if you have a large appetite.Definitely worth trying, but Katsu-san has better value.

One of my favorite pork cutlet restaurants. The food and service are both great.

Big portions and great katsu. You can get free soup, salad, and possibly rice? But still really great.

Love coming here for the unlimited rice, soup and salad. Good service and decent food! I always order the Rosu Katsu. I also tried the cheese Katsu but it only taste good right away. If u let the cheese sit too long, it isn’t has fresh since the cheese will harden. There’s always a line, so I recommend doing the wait list from home once it opens up.

The cheese katsu is disgusting, and there is no customer service in this store. When I tell the server about my concerns, after I feel disgusted when eating the cheese katsu, it seems that they are not able to understand my words and cannot communicate at all. A terrible restaurant where people comes here just to waste money.

Ear at the robson street location instead, this locations quality was so low compared to the robson location. This is like the McDonald's version of saku but they charge the same price as the robson location. I highly recommend not eating here it was truly

Food was tasty and the portions are really good. It is tough to find somewhere much better to get a meal for two under 80 bucks.

High quality tonkatsu with different cuts. The price is a little higher than usual, but they make up in service. Have gone back twice already.
