Best kept secret! There are several Mexican restaurants in Kits but this is a hidden gem. I'm reluctant to share however need it to stay as the two on Broadway are not nearly as good!

Food tastes processed and is quite expensive.$20 for a quesadilla with pork and processed cheese. Tiny tacos $4 each. Small side of refried beans $6.I remember when a quesadilla for lunch would cost $12, as it’s considered a fast-food.I don’t know why people think prices here are fair, it’s a lot for the quality/quantity you get.

Cute atmosphere and good menu selection. Servers were nice. However the empanadas were reheated and not crispy as they should be. Chicken Tinga Taco was good. Not the most amazing taco ever, but it was okay.

My go to spot for Mexican food. If you are looking for an authentic experience, this is the place. The tacos are so flavourful yet simple. The Margartias are fresh. Staff are friendly and kind. I've been coming to this place quite frequently and it never dissapoints! Vamos!

Food was alright, service was good but way too expensive for the portion that they give you. Tacos were tiny and the entrees were not filling as well. We had to go elsewhere to get more food after.

Definitely try the enchiladas. Good service, super friendly. A nice spot on the main drag. Decent portions, beautiful presentation, the Modelo could’ve been colder :)

My sister and I wanted something light yet satisfying for a working lunch and so we tried the salad with chicken tinga. So tasty and fresh! Love the flavourful dressing, price was right too. Pretty sure this just became a new staple in our Uber Eats lunch rotation.

Nice Mexican place with pretty decor and friendly service. We tried the barbacoa and pastor tacos, and the molletes. The tacos are great, and I appreciated that they brought us a spicier salsa. It’s not the best Mexican place in Vancouver but it’s still good and has reasonable prices. Giving 4 stars to the service because the server forgot about our table before we even ordered anything and I had to stand up and call for him after about 20 minutes waiting.

This authentic Mexican spot has a fairly large menu with chilaquiles, tamales, chille relleno, tacos, enchiladas, etc. For the drinks, they have a house-made horchata, happy hour specials every day, are licensed and carry some less common Mexian pops like apple soda and sangria soda. For the enchiladas, there is a mole option plus the usual green or red sauces. The mole is quite sweet. Portions are not huge but adequate. It's a good option for take out in the Kits/Point Grey area. Decor is very bright, colourful and a bit funky with a one-eyed cactus mural. Food has nice presentation. Super friendly service.

Authentic Mexican dishes. Tasty, I enjoyed dining in even more than when taking the food out. Pleasant service too. Fun specials depending on the day of the week. Sazon is definitely a nice element in the neighborhood!Vegetarian options: Bean, cheese, and squash in the vegetarian burrito. There are also vegetarian soups and chile. Good options.
