Great sandwich place with strong ties to the local community! The brisket sandwich was excellent. The pretzel bun was somehow crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewy inside. I also enjoyed the kale caesar tired with toasted almonds. They had a pork belly sandwich special that was like bahn mi that was pretty good too. Service was excellent and friendly. There is very limited outdoor seating out front but it is nice to sit there and people watch while enjoying a beer or cocktail.

Stupidly good sandwiches, pungent pickles, mystery chips every time...the only thing missing from my Doritos is a double Jack and Mountain Dew!But seriously...I wouldn't drink that, but I eat here all the time. Service is the good kind of cheeky! Great local spot!

first sandwich at side hustle, formerly eight and a half at the depencier house, the oldest single family home outside of downtown vancouver. blah blah trivia...i had the butter chicken special. nice for the cold drizzle outside. the side salad was great as well. it would be nice if there was a daily soup for lunch, really only need to make enough for lunch. once it's sold out it's gone.i'll be coming back to try the beef sandwiches. it was a chicken day.

Had the time of my life for my 26th birthday here! Alex was very accommodating to myself and my party of 30. The best sandwiches in town, I recommend the chopped cheese!! Drinks are all reasonably priced and not watered down whatsoever. All staff are friendly and service is very fast.Cheers guys, hoping to see you again soon ?

This is one of the best places I've ever been for sandwiches The food is unreal and the service was great. The cocktails here were super good too. Definitely would recommend checking this place out. We can't wait to come back again to try the other sandwiches that also looked unreal. We had the PBLT which was so good. The jalapeno peppers and mac and cheese were unreal too.

Awesome sandwich shop that has a very chill vibe inside. Feels like an old neighbourhood pub. Kind of place that feels like they would yell your name when you enter if you became a regular. Food is amazing as well. I really appreciate when a place that can make a spicy sandwich to give it more flavor not just to make it hot. They really know how to balance flavours.

Ate dinner with some beer here recently with a couple of buddies. Decent selection/variety of beer and a menu with a number of choices. Service was excellent by being prompt, personable and helpful. Cobra was our server and ensured our time was enjoyable and able to answer any and all questions. The place was pretty busy so a lively atmosphere. Our food arrived on a timely basis. We enjoyed the ambience and will return for certain.

Tried their Beef Brisket Sandwich with their Homemade Brioche Bun. Have to say it was absolutely amazing. Specially their Brioche Bun which apparently they make themselves, with a perfect texture and consistency, a brittle shell with a soft tasty core. Their Sauce ratio was a little bit more than I like, but to the common consumer it is perfect. And don't get me started on the brisket which melted as soon as I take a bite.I extremely recommend!
