I love this place, and I’ll come again but let’s be honest this place is grim. It’s in dire need of a deep-clean. Anytime I let my eyes rest for too long I notice a new gross pile of grime, every surface in here needs a wipe ?

The best cinnamon buns in my opinion. They can be hit or miss but when they are on, unreal. There are thin layers spun with lots of cinnamon.

Great cafe food. Bagels are done right! Potato latkes were a bit overcooked and a little greasy but delicious. The cinnamon buns are excellent. Knishes we had were a bit bland.Busy place, well run, could use a bit of freshening up!

heard a lot about this place so made the pilgrimage found it terrible best part entertaining cashier who answered me to what kind of meats do you have ? her answer ham , turkey and VOORSHT ( yiddish word ) for salami from the east Asian gal . of course they didn't have any of it for sale . i bought a small bag of seemingly mini cinnamon danish ( all wrapped beautifully) when i got home they were stale not fresh . also bought chocolate and cinnamon bobka cakes similarly NOT fresh so sorry couldn't reccomend this place at all maybe just an off day

Chicken soup was hot and included a large dumpling. Paired well with a savory onion bagel.
Ordered a dozen with cream cheese. Oldest, hardest -- and almost as bad -- least flavorful bagels ever. Even when toasted (which was the only way I could eat them) they tasted as bland as wonderbread.

Solly’s cinnamon buns are usually really good but not this location as the bread is soggy and oily…. It seems like the staffs were not properly trained to make cinnamon bun.
