Too expensive for the food. I was expecting authentic greek food, but everything was too spicy.

Great find for a quick bite at the public market. Service was fast even though there a huge line up! The Calamari platter and Lamb platter was so filling! Worth it! Glad we choose them! What a gem <3 Highly recommend!!!

Rude servers. Wouldn’t take exact cash ( what’s with companies!?) - using a card if one’s travelling from abroad costs way more - plus cash is better for all of us!I spent my money on a whole bunch of food at Veggie Chow just next door and they were great!

Order the falafel plate. The potatoes were undercooked and the falafel were super dry. Very disappointed.

During our visit to Granville Island Public Market, we decided to have a quick lunch at Sprig. We opted for the Chicken Souvlaki Dish priced at $21, which was meant to be shared. The dish included a choice of chicken or lamb, accompanied by pilaf rice, a Greek salad, vegetables, tzatziki, and pita bread.Unfortunately, the only standout item was the flavourful Greek salad. However, we were disappointed with the lack of taste in the rice, pita bread, and vegetables. The pita bread was hard, the vegetables appeared soggy, and the rice pilaf seemed undercooked. The portion of chicken was small and on the rarer side, with only three cubes per stick. Overall, the serving size was deceivingly small, considering the size of the container. Furthermore, the food lacked the authentic Greek grill and flavour profiles we were expecting. Our previous experience with their wraps was also similar, lacking in distinct flavours.Another letdown was the portion of tzatziki provided, with the option to purchase extra for an additional charge of $1+. It simply wasn't enough to enhance the meal.In fairness, it is worth mentioning that most eateries at the Public Market in Granville Island tend to be overpriced.

Great vegan option at Granville Island. Huge plate with falafel, pita, stewed veg, salad, and crispy potatoes. They also give you a huge tub of hummus as well! The container they serve in are pretty hefty so you can reuse them at home ☺️

Chicken souvlaki plate is really good. Meal was really filling, good value especially for Greek food.

I swung by on a whim/craving for lunch. Initially hesitant due to the reviews from others, but this totally redeemed itself and was a fairly solid knockout. I would certainly return, pretty yummy and a much better fresh and vibrant experience than I anticipated. I would complain that it was lacking a severe amount of falafel than I expected, although cheap and cheerful and most likely the cheapest/best value for money grub when hunting for a lunch haul in Granville Island.
